Silvia Ansell at Oklahoma Land and Home has helped my wife and I on two occasions. Both times I've been more than pleased with the speed at which Silvia gets things done. She stays on top of every detail until the deal is closed, and in our case, even after it's closed. Her local knowledge of the area and her very deep knowledge of the real estate market and associated law really helped expedite our transaction and keep us from making any mistakes. She was two steps ahead of everyone with what was going to happen next and was in constant contact keeping us up to date. Very thorough, very informative on what exactly we were doing. We never signed one document without fully understanding what we were signing. She was a godsend because our last experience was horrible we had no clue what we were signing or what was happening next. She treated us like family and was always kind but straight to the point and we respected her for that. Unless a realtor could give you a house you couldn’t find a better deal than what Silvia has done for us on buying our house and when she sold our previous home. Silvia brokered a sale where we and the buyer were both out of state. Very professional. It was good to have someone we could trust handle the details. Communication was important since we were out of state, and we received emails, texts and phone calls as needed. Never had to wonder how the sale was proceeding. If we ever need to buy or sell in Oklahoma again we will call Silvia!

I googled, “Real Estate Office” and Silvia Ansell’s name came up. I looked over her web site along with several other sites, reading reviews. A couple of days went by and I found my way back to her site and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Bob Baxter, telling him about a home and property that needed to be put on the market. He asked me a few question and said that he would look it up and get back to me. I truly thought that he would think that it was a prank call because I am small in stature and most people think that I am a kid when they talk to me on the phone. The property was not in my name, but it belonged to my life-partner. That evening I discussed the situation with my partner, we laughed and did not think that we would ever hear back from Bob. Well, Bob did his homework and called me back! After talking to Bob in person, we both thought that it just felt right, so we listed. I thought that Bob went well out of his way to help us. He drove 2 hours to meet us at Braums to get a signature. He sold the property very quickly and effortlessly on our part. Thank you Bob and Silvia, you two made the process fun.

CLAY:
I had a ranch and a home for sale for about a year and a half. Then I met Clay with Oklahoma Land and Home. Clay is the most AWESOME realtor I've ever encountered. The property was on the market for 7 days with 5 showings 2 formal offers and it sold on the 7th day. I live in another state so having Clay represent me was a blessing. His honesty and integrity and kind spirit were welcoming. I never distrusted him for a second. He always put my thoughts and ideas above his and so humbly offered advice. Clay went far and above for my beloved ranch. He did repairs, trimmed trees, shopped, hired repair companies, took fabulous photos of the home and property and set outdoor cameras to catch shots of wild life. He knew the property boundary lines, where all the ponds and gas wells were, but most of all he loved and believed in my ranch. That's why it sold, because of, Clay. Your AWESOME Clay!!!!!

WANDA:
What a kind and wonderful spirited women. Wanda made my house inviting, using her decorating talents to spruce up the house. She put plants and flowers throughout the house, hung cheerful kitchen towels, perked up the loft and did so many things behind the scene that I don't know about. Wanda and her husband used their personal time to check the house out for any needed repairs. Wanda is hard working and so humble never calling attention to herself. Both Clay and Wanda always tried to outnice you. They made a wonderful team. Wanda is AMAZING!!!!!!
