Very sweet and friendly lady taking food order and greeting customers at window. Enjoyed two chicken wraps! Will be back for more.

The 2 for 5 is very worth it! A chili frito wrap and a burger is more than enough to fill an average person up during lunch. The wait time can sometimes be a little long (7-10 minutes) but it is understandable due to how many people have the typical lunch time.

They are super fast for breakfast here. If you order a breakfast burrito you can use the drive through and not worry that it will hold up the line, it's out in seconds.

Great customer service. The ladies that run the food out are so sweet. Good food. I commend all the workers, I know it can be overwhelming but they really do a great job here!

Passing through town and grabbed a bite to eat at one of my favorite go to places. Sonic. I always use my sonic app to order ahead.
The food was hot and fresh. My drink was made correctly.

Brand-new establishment. Food is great and staff are very friendly. I wish you could tip the carhop on your credit/debit card, but you can't. Very nice outdoor eating area and plenty of parking. The food is always good. Highly recommend, if you're wanting fast food.

I am a private pay caregiver & stopped by Mon. 5/2 at 2:49 pm with my 96 yr.old client . We ordered 2 pretzels,1 sm. blue raspberry slush, & 1 med. strawberry limeade,.The service was speedy and carhop was polite. However, our pretzels were doughy. Definitely not cooked all the way through. I called the Main Street McAlester Sonic & stated my concern. First of all he said how did you get pretzels? They told me we were out. I said, "We ordered & received 2 pretzels with our drinks." I have the receipt. He kept saying it couldn't be because they told him they were out of Pretzels. Then I said, " Is your manager there? They said that they were management. Surely if he was the manager he would be aware of what inventory of food they did or did not have. 2ndly the customer is always right! Rule #1 of customer service & public relations. They supposedly wrote my name & ph.# down? I would get 2 free pretzels. After the call ended I thought I should have just asked for a refund. Not sure if the next order of soft pretzels would be cooked thoroughly? Have not cashed on on free pretzels yet. I just wanted to make sure my 96 yr. old client complaints were heard & taken seriously. She had raised 7 children while she worked as an R.N., & took care of her sick husband.

I ordered popcorn chicken on my way home and I could only eat about a third of it it was so hard. The week before about a third of it was hard.

I come here every weekend and always request Destiny. She is the best carhop at this location and always seems to be on top of things. She has no problem fixing something if it's messed up and does it in a very speedy manner. That girl needs a raise or something as well as she takes care of things.

Awesome customer service! Foods always correct a d great! Especially love the shakes!

Stopped by for happy hour drinks, no half price drinks and had to wait 15 minutes for two drinks!!! Not acceptable, when I was an assistant manager as a teenager we had 3minutes to get an offer out, what has happened to customer service !!!🙄

This Sonic is always good!!! Nice friendly staff. Very fast. And I LOVE the Sonic app!!!! Easy order on the app, drinks always half price, daily deals and my food is always hot and ready when I pick it up.

I ordered an ice cream slush and told them to surprise me on the flavor..... soon my car hop (Krysten) arrived and handed me the best slush I've had in a long time!!! Mango Flavored Ice Cream Slush 😍😍😍😍

Used drive thru, it wasn't working

Was pleasantly surprised by how quick I got my whole dinner. I ordered 4 meals and it was out in like less than 10 minutes and it was delicious.

3 people in drive thru ahh THOUGHT at sonic would take FOREVER! They have definatley stepped up their game! Didn't wait long at ALL and EVERYTHING was actually right and food was hot and fresh!

Fast food sonic style. Plus a newer type of pickle. All the favorite drinks we love.
