We have purchased and sold numerous properties over the years. Three years ago we decided to purchase hunting property in SE, OK. We spent several months making a 3 hour trek to the area and met with several realtors in the region during that time. Every realtor we worked with just wanted us to see sell something, anything. Then we met Tim Diehl and his team. Their approach was quite different from the others. Tim asked us a lot of questions. He genuinely wanted to understand us and what we were looking for. Initially he showed us a few properties and we liked most of them but Tim could sense we didn't LOVE them. So he encouraged us to wait. We took his advice and eventually a place that fit our checklist came on the market. Tim called and we looked at the place, made an offer, and purchased the property in short order. Additionally, Tim and his team have become friends and invaluable resources post sale. Actually, even this morning I needed to find a local contractor and Tim provided the contact information I needed. Last summer I was working on a project that bigger than me cognitively as well as physically. Tim and Tucker showed up and worked their tales off to help me make it happen. I have many other examples of how these guys have helped me beyond my wildest dreams. So, SE OK Realty is the REAL DEAL. If you are looking for a realtor look no further. I would not recommend doing business with this company. I called and spoke with Tim regarding a rental property he had available. Discussed the ins and outs of my personal situation and advised we were attempting to move from out of state. Ask to look at the property and Tim said come down im available anytime. So I told him we would come down the following day. After driving 4 hrs one way to look at the property, Tim wasn't available as he said he would be. I filled out the application and never heard a word back. I've called 8 times in the last 2 weeks and still haven't heard anything, when he does answer he always states he is at a showing and will call back. If you're not interested in renting to someone, at least be mature and responsible enough to tell them and not waste 3 weeks of their time. I will never recommend doing business with this company.
