Great experience with my salesperson Sonya...low key, no pressure, friendly and helpful. Just came in for a single item purchase but got full attention and dedication as if I was buying a roomful of furniture. Selection was great and happy with the price value.

Sale associate Chris Nestle was SO helpful! For me, furniture shopping is overwhelming, a lot to pick from and an investment, but Chris was so helpful and ended up saving me thousands, seriously. We purchased a mattress, coffee tables and a media/wall table. He even set up delivery from the Tulsa store to my house in OKC and somehow got everything delivered on time for our move in! Ask for Chris Nestle when you walk in the door, you will be happy that you did!

I usually hate going to furniture stores. Associates trying to up sale you, but I lucked out this time!

Saturday Nov 25th our furniture was delivered in a timely manner. They covered the door frames to protect the couch and our doorframes. I was so impressed with these two gentlemen. Even asked if I could take their pic to post. 🤣. They were very professional, polite and respectful of our home and new loveseat and chair. I have bought plenty of furniture from them over the years and let me just say that the 5 stars are for Michelle and for the delivery teams! Michelle and her team go out of their way to truly help you and she has even fixed issues that weren’t even hers to fix. She is amazing at what she does and we will continue to go back just because of her and her team. The delivery people are also amazing! They are attentive and really care about the customers.

My curio was delivered without a key. I had 3 different people from Mathis contact me within 24 hours. They acquired a key from the vendor, which works great, AND they shipped me an entire locking mechanism. Those 3 people kept in contact with me every day to let me know how it was going. I'm floored. I've never seen a company try to right a wrong so enthusiastically (and sort of excessively). I highly recommend!! I will be shopping there again, which I didn't think I would do, but I still need a bedroom set, and they obviously really want to make sure you have a good experience.

Big Joe took time and listened to me concerning what we wanted then spent the rest of our time together showing the loungers,construction and fabric. My appreciation for honesty is foremost. Understanding our needs and budget is another important factor. Then Joe's ability to express friendship when that was the first-time we had meet.

We bought a table set from here three years ago. It was pricey. It has held up well. I would recommend going here and furniture shopping. They have a large variety of furniture for home decor.

The store is beautiful. Erin Murray our salesperson was so courteous and knowledgeable. Offered information and guided us based on our request. Extremely helpful. Began with “ how can I help you?” rather than “let me tell you about…” Made for a very pleasant shopping experience. We were in a sort of emergency need and Erin was great getting us what we needed!!!

Our salesperson, Marisa was awesome! So helpful and patient while my friend and I searched for just the right recliner for me. Plus she helped me save money by becoming a member. It was a much better experience than in many furniture stores.

Great place, great prices and very friendly non pushy sales staff. Bought a new recliner and bed and box springs. The entire experience was very pleasant and hassle free for me. I bought $1400 worth of $3500 furniture and couldn't be happier. Next is a basic comfortable sofa and we will be stopping in for a look. Keep up the good work!!

We have been Mathis Brothers customers for years. When you visit the showroom the sales people can be overwhelming but we recently moved and we’re able to order new furniture online and have delivered and set up within 2 weeks. The delivery team is always fast and do a great job.
