KFC

It was pretty quiet there which I like personally but the drive thru was very busy. So it did take a minute for someone to take my order inside but it was no big deal. The customer no service was good but you can tell they were having a rough day. I will still go back again the food was great and filling.

I ordered a bucket of fried chicken and it was totally delicious. The service was excellent and my food was prepared quickly. I am very happy with my food and the service.

I went here during the SEEK conference, and this is probably one of the best KFC locations I've been to. Despite them being extremely busy because of attendees going here, they were super nice and got our food out very quick. The food was hot and fresh and tasted great. The restaurant itself was clean too. Considering how busy they were because of the conference, I'm impressed they were so kind and quick. Definitely recommend if you are looking for an easy and good place to eat.

We love our downtown KFC! Great crew, very customer conscious.

UPDATE: since I wrote my original review I have visited the store three additional times. On all of these three visits the service has been very, very good. Friendly, efficient, respectful. I always have the chicken sandwich, which is one of my favorite, and it has always been fresh hot and delicious I'm adjusting my rating accordingly.

ORIGINAL POST: I'm giving two stars for the delicious chicken sandwich, fries & biscuit. Everything fresh, hot, crispy. It was a really good sandwich. Another star for the clean & attractive dining room. But I have zero stars for service. When I came in, no one was minding the counter, the cook had to search around for someone. Then finally, once my order was taken and I paid, they completely forgot about me for nearly 15 minutes. I was the only customer in the store. How do you forget about the only customer? Eventually, I was able to get someone's attention, but they seemed put out that they needed to be reminded to put the order together. It's a new business so I realize there can be issues, and I hope they're able to work out this kind of service glitch - especially if they ever hope to have more than one customer at a time.

I ordered online and my order didn't show up in their system, but they were kind working with me. Apparently my order # and theirs were different causing confusion.

Best fast food experience I've had in a long time...

The workers were pleasant. This was a nice KFC...Very fancy than all the others... Will go again next time I'm downtown.

Every time I go chicken is done well and taste great. Non of that nasty wet undone breading most locations serve. Truly crispy.

Needed to get a quick bite before a concert and this place came through. We were strangers in a big town and the people working here were super nice. Food came extremely fast and it was hot and fresh. Thanks St. Louis for an awesome experience

I’ve gone to this location several times and, I can say they have been consistent with good service and quality food. Good job to the manager and team at this location

Wanna eat lunch fast when you work downtown....go here...almost never a wait in line. Staff super friendly. Food up to par.

Our food was fresh and hot as wet enjoyed a mom/ son lunch date.

I live in Saint Ann. I will drive all the way downtown to Tucker and Olive to this location due to their EVERYTHING.

Even though I was given the wrong food I went back and was given great service and what I had ordered.
