With such such a wide selection of sweet or savory kolaches available, and a friendly staff that gives helpful suggestions I think this became one of my local favorites.

The meatball & marinara peasant sandwich, Hickory smoked Venison kolache, and sour cream lemon kolache are definitel winners.

This is my favorite place to have a breakfast burrito in Denton and amazing kolache. They have freshly back kolaches every morning and freshly made breakfast burritos. Please help the business grow and prosper by supporting local business consciously; refrain from ordering with DoorDash as they take a lot of profit away from small and local businesses such as this precious one!

It's a cozy location, and a wonderfully owned local business! Mike is a very caring man, and is dedicated to his business! Most times, if you come in, the clerk on duty will give you a free donut holes if they have extra! I will never not love this place!! :)

Wow!! I just learned about kolaches before my trip to Texas, and I'm so glad I found Kolache Haven during that search. Friendly people running the place, and the kolaches are delicious. I had coconut, and others in my party had cream cheese and blueberry... We all loved them. This will always be one of my first stops after the airport when I'm in town visiting family.

Exceptional customer service and AMAZING food.
I bought breakfast for the company (40+ people) and everyone enjoyed the various types of sausage rolls and the sweet kolaches. Mike Boyle was helpful and went out of his way to make things easy. I'm really very impressed!

I took a friend here who had never heard of Kolaches. They not only have the traditional sweet Kolaches, but also the savory ones that seem to be a Texas specialty. Both are great, and my friend was appropriately impressed.

It's not a large place, but it's well stocked and the people are really nice.

This place is amazing. So much more than your regular "cheesy hot dog" kolaches you can get everywhere else. The variety is delicious. I've yet to not be impressed coming here. The staff is always friendly, at least when I go on Sunday morning. Now they also have fancy,snacking donuts?! What. Awesome.

I am a kolache lover, sweet & meat kolaches. I highly recommend this place. Get on their text list and they will let you know if they have sales or surplus, as well as times open/closed. They have a lot of great options for kolaches, and their donuts are good too if you are more into that. Check em out, the staff is always super friendly and accomodating.

My husband and I had kolache from this place. His first and my first time trying this place. I know places in San Antonio that I love but now living up here I needed to find somewhere new. This place is delicious. Homely and the staff is friendly. Hubby is spicy and I like meaty and cheese not spicy. They had both options. Will try more when we visit again.

Just had their new Guava Kolache OMG it was like being wrapped in silk on a beachfront balcony with the sea breeze. I got transported to Miami where is the only other place that uses guava in pastries. 🥐🎂🍰🥧🧁🍩
KEEP IT ON THE MENU!!!! PLEASE! I legit almost ugly cried eating that thing. Everything else was great too.

I highly recommend trying their cinnamon bun with cream cheese in the middle. It's called a pull-apart and is so very delicious! A must try! Also their scones are petty tasty also!! Their kolaches are much better now than they were just a few months ago when I first went to this hike in the wall, but it's all good here now! Definitely recommend this donut/kolache/confection place on your way in to work wherever that may be! Putts right next door to a candy place I don't remember the name that does wedding cakes. Their prices are very low and/or competitive with other kolache spots.

Some of the BEST donuts in denton and the 1/2 pound breakfast burritos SLAP. The kolaches are also great, really haven't gotten anything bad from this place. Highly recommend.

Best variety of kolaches. They have the savoury; they have the sweet; they always have good things to eat! -(couldn't help it) But seriously, stop in for breakfast and pick up an enchilada kolache for lunch... On large orders they usually throw in some kind of freeby. Always nice people.

Excellent change from donuts. They have donuts too if you are undecided.
The kolaches are my favorite, especially the poppyseed when they make them. The kolaches are just sweet enough.

I love the savory kolaches, I love the sweet kolaches. I really enjoy getting text coupons, it gives me an excuse to treat myself! I always enjoy my food and highly recommend this establishment

We were in the area for medical appointments. We had the opportunity to taste bakery items and chocolates. Everything was simply delicious!! The service was exceptional!! We were lucky enough to stop in before leaving the area to buy more to take home!!

Omg must try all there Kolaches they are so fluffy and perfect seasoning. The bakery next door by far best chocolate cake ever!!!

Hands down the best kolaches! I stopped in the weekend before last and had them and I immediately thought kolache heaven! I couldn’t resist going back the next weekend when I had a chance. This will definitely be my new breakfast spot.

I'm staying at an AirBnB closeby that had these Kolaches waiting for us inside and I was amazed at how delicious they were. Will definitely be stopping in for more!

Right off I-35. Great variety of freshly made kolaches of all kinds. Also features donnuts tools, scones and armadillos. Friendly local service. We'll definitely be back!

Not sure why I didn't stop here the number of times I've been driving past, but I realized what I've been missing out on. These kolaches are so good and each variety has it's own little flare about it. Everything is freshly made and you can clearly tell. Very much recommend.
