Everyone at the Refinery is always so friendly and helpful. They offer so many services and great skincare.
I am so glad that they are so close to me. I have always had to drive an hour for the same services because nobody offered these services closer.
I see Shana and she is wonderful! She listens to concerns and answers my questions. She takes her time to address issues or answer questions that I have. I would highly recommend the refinery co.

I have had Botox twice - once by Keri and once by Shana. I loved the results both times! I had lip filler by Shana and am beyond happy with the way they look. If you want pure relaxation, go see Brittany for a facial! That was pampering at its finest. Great facility with wonderful staff! I am a regular and will continue to be!

I had a hydro facial with Brittany and it was wonderful! She made me feel special and the facial was amazing. I love ZO products they are definitely the best. They are expensive but worth the investment for great results! I love the knowledge that the staff has concerning skin care! Treat your self today and love your skin!

I’m posting my before from 2019 vs my now (2023). I’m also including my before and afters from my services today (03/13/23). I’ve been going to Shana for over a year now. I do facial fillers as well as Dysport. Today I did a “liquid facelift”. I had cheek contour, jawline, chin, and lip filler as well as Dysport. I am sooooo happy with my results! I know once things settle I will love my results. I have bruised really bad in the past with previous injectors but my bruising today and previously with Shana has been very minimal for me! I have received so many compliments on my lips since Shana did them last year! I am obsessed with my transformation and so much more confident! Shana ALWAYS takes her time, is gentle, and perfects her work! I highly recommend the Refinery Co. for all of your aesthetic needs! I’m so thankful for them!

I have been going to The Refinery since they opened and I’ve been pleased with every treatment I’ve received. Shana does my injections and laser hair removal. She never pushes me to get more services, or more units Of Dysport- she wants me to look like my best self! I’ve had a facial from Brittany and it was a wonderful, relaxing experience - exactly what a facial should be. With every trip in my confidence in my appearance goes up! So happy this Medspa is in Seneca & thankful for the expertise these women possess!

The service is exceptional. Nothing is pushed on you and if they feel a procedure should be postponed due to you being in the sun more than normal or for whatever reason; your health and safety is always their number one priority. After being on several hormones I started to see tiny black hairs above my lip and chin…. Something no woman wants. Scheduling an appt with Shana was so easy, the front desk assistant is great and really works to get you an appt that works with your schedule. Shana performed laser hair removal on my chin and above my lip area. She explained everything from how it would feel, what to do and not to do, etc. I can’t express how happy I am with the results. I plan to schedule a facial soon.

I get botox from Keri and she is amazing! I've also got a hydrofacial from Shana, and it was amazing. All the ladies here are great and very welcoming! I highly recommend The Refinery Co. You won't be disappointed!

I started going to the Refinery last October for botox & lip injections & I also started seeing Brittany for facials in February & let me just say that I have never left there with a bad experience! Keri, Shana, & Brittany are seriously the best & have completely changed my level of confidence in myself! They make me feel so beautiful & I will never go anywhere else! I recently had a facial with Brittany. All I can say is “OH MY Goodness.” I am a busy working mom and getting older (help me) and wanted to get a facial to help my skin out, but also to relax and have me time. My skin is so soft after the facial. Also I was so comfortable and relaxed. My husband had gotten me the gift card for Christmas and definitely one of the best gifts ever. Love the entire staff! I regularly get Botox with Shana and Keri. I recently had a chemical peel there as well and decided to start doing facials with Brittany. I had my first hydro facial last week and immediately prebooked my next appointment with her because I already felt like my skin felt better. I feel at home here ♥

Professionals…..combined with caring and understanding of individual needs. Keri and Shana are the best and now they have added Britanny. I’m not comfortable applying makeup because I didn’t know how. Brittany took her time showing how to apply each step…layer by layer. Then took time to email these steps and products for me. I am so glad that not only are they able to provide the best skincare but now how to further enhance your experience.
