I only had breakfast at this restaurant, and was very satisfied. The service was very attentive and friendly, and the recommendations given by our server were spot on. Apparently, the Shrimp and Grits dish is their specialty so even though it was not on the menu, it was recommended. Looks like all the people who praised the dish in their reviews didn't exaggerate as it was that good. Other items on the menu such as eggs any style, or eggs with waffles were also good. But if i had to pick just one favorite item, that would be shrimp and grits.

Had an amazing time here for Valentines Day. The hotel lobby was immaculate. The hotel bar was sophisticated and had the most amazing singer who set an amazing mood for guests and diners. Clinton the Operations Manager was so amazingly professional and kind. The service was impeccable and the food....absolutely delicious. Josiah was goofy, fun and made the experience even better. Definitely coming back!

Really enjoyed my time here. The food was delicious. The server was super friendly and attentive. I really loved the atmosphere. It's a little upscale but still casual. Plenty of natural lighting. There's a good bar right next to the restaurant. Would definitely return again.

We went for breakfast. They have a very limited menu so everything should be really good. We shared an omelet with everything in it to include slices of bacon. The meal came with 2 slices of toast and choice of sausages. I chose the chicken sausage links. It was really good. The waitress was prompt, we did not gave to request anything as she brought anything we may need.

I had the pleasure of trying their shrimp n grits while on a food tour and I've never had them prepared this way. The grits were creamy and smoky while the shrimp was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I can only imagine how good the rest of the menu is!

Why is this restaurant not busier? It should be standing room! We picked the hotel--Andaz--based on the few restaurant reviews we found. 22SQ EXCEEDED expectations. The Chef knows how to cook fish! Amazing! But, this is not a fish spot alone our starters were delicious and full of flavor. 22SQ IS A MUST DINE establishment. We will be back on our next visit to Savanah. Cheers!

Food is really good here - shrimp and grits, pecan bourbon pie. Short list of draft beers. July 2021

Truffled Shrimp and Grits... It was fantastic! The combination was wonderful. No one ingredient over powered the other, was well balanced. Was a little apprehensive about the combination and having a fishy taste... To our surprise it wasn't so. Would definitely get again! Our service staff was kind and friendly. She even took a photo of us before we left. Thanks again and well be back!

I love the concept of local food and ingredients and the chef here does it justice. Both veggie dishes and comfort meaty food were great here. It's in the Andaz hotel and has a really cool bar. It looks fancy but people are fairly casual. Highly recommend!

I celebrated my birthday here. The live band was so welcoming. They let us sing along with them.

They have a really good selection of menu. The grits are delicious here and they are server with butter, pork, and shrimp. It is very clean inside almost looks brand new. It is organized and have a wonderful bar area as well. We came here during the culinary tour which I highly recommend. Everything was fantastic.

This restaurant needs to be discovered. The staff is warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The food is outstanding. Don’t miss the shrimp and grits from Freeman’s Mill, the best I’ve had. Also order the short ribs, melt in your mouth delicious.

After a long day in the sun and walking the historic district, our last “bucket list” item was an upscale dinner! This was very nice. Top notch service from Cathryn! Loved the deviled eggs, shrimp and grits, salad (can’t remember the name), we also ordered the Brussels sprouts. Didn’t like the Brussels, but the cheese, nuts and apples were very good! We finished with the chocolate cake. We shared all the items between the 2 of us and didn’t walk away hungry.

Excellent!!! After a long day of driving, we checked into the hotel and decided to go down to the lobby bar for a bite... We ordered the candied bacon, the fried green tomatoes and the beef and mushroom meatballs...and the bourbon pecan pie with chocolate whipped cream! Every single thing was fantastic...we are still talking about the food days later! They serve a daily made Amish bread that is to die for...the fresh watermelon martinis were delicious and when they ran out of watermelon for my second one, she created a fresh strawberry one that was even better!! The bartender was great.. will definitely eat here when I return.. the shrimp and grits are on my list!!

Great, fresh food! Avery took great care of us and Chef David took the time to make sure I didn't have to worry about my gluten allergy. Something for everyone. My non-allergic honey had all the gluten and said the shrimp and grits were some of best he's ever had.

Not a fair representation of the food or service because we started our food tour here, but the shrimp and grits was very good and the favorite of our tour group. The grits were super creamy and the dish was tasty (not spicy).

My husband and I traveled to Savannah for the first time and chose to have brunch here. It was incredible! From the service to the food, we couldn't have asked for more. The Southern Fried Chicken Benedict is delicious, as were the beignets and potato pancakes! As COVID- cautious people, we appreciated that it wasn't as packed or crowded as other local restaurants. The chef was even kind enough to come say hello and see how we were enjoying the food. Highly recommend!

This place is the standard for amazing customer service. I don't know who does their training but always worth it when I come here. Even the chef will come out and deliver your food to say enjoy and ask if there's anything else you need. I've eaten out alot and this the only restaurant that it's happened at twice. You have to try the shrimp and grits which is made with a truffle sauce that truly is the best I've ever had. Their bread with salt butter is so yummy. They also have this option where you can have the bartender create a drink for you. I just said I wanted something with cucumber and gin and come out was a truly refreshing drink. This is truly one of Savannah's best kept secrets and I can't wait to go back hopefully this weekend for St Patrick's Day
