Quality Inn Seneca US-123

We had to do a late check-in and I called to let them know. The female that answered the phone was super courteous and friendly and assured me all was well with that. I arrived got signed in and again was met with great friendly service.
The room was very nice. The parking lot and the area around it was very well lit giving piece of mine and security. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it as the place to stay. Walmart, Chick-fil-A and other stores are conveniently located nearby.

The young lady that checked me in was friendly and helpful. My room was neat and clean along with a walkin shower. Definitely two thumbs up in my book.

Excellent location, personal care and attentive to getting me anything else I needed for my stay. Across from major companies like Walmart and BBQ restaurant and gasoline station. Not far from the major attraction we wanted to see

One room 80 or so second night 199 because of Clemson ballgame next day ,,but that's ok .good stay.

Had the pleasure of staying over the sold out Clemson Parent's weekend. Despite the hotel being at full capacity every single member of staff were friendly, efficient and responsive. Hotel and parking lot was well lit at night making me feel very safe. Hotel property is spotless. Rooms are large, clean and full of all the amenities you could need (plenty of usb charging ports and outlets). Bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a long time. Plenty of variety available at the free breakfast (have a Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich, trust me!) and coffee available in the lobby 24 hours.
I just want to mention two of the staff members that really made an impression on me. I don't know their names but there was a gentleman and a young lady who are part of the housekeeping/maintenance staff. They were hustling super hard, even at 7pm to keep the place spotless (power washing the pool seating area, still doing laundry, mopping the lobby floors etc). They were both back before we checked out the next morning. Hustling just as hard.
Keep up the great work! We will definitely be back. Son's got 4 years at Clemson so you'll see us plenty! Thank you!

I'm having to stay here due to the sale of my house. And the rooms are great. Staff is great. Love Micheala, she's the best! Nice pool and pet friendly. Fridge, microwave and the softest beds you'll sleep on.. I recommend if you need a place to stay

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room is clean, nice clean WHITE towels, no sign of bugs. Price is not the lowest in the area, but you get what you pay for. This hotel is fresh and up to date. Grounds are very well kept. Nice looking pool area. Non-smoking hotel, but there are ash trays on the cute little bistro style tables (with chairs) just outside of the (fenced-in) pool area. All rooms have doors that open to the parking areas, which I prefer, as I have a service dog that travels with us, so, yes, they are pet friendly (small fee). Mexican restaurant behind and sports bar in front. Lots of other restaurants, shopping, etc. close by. Will stay here again, for sure, two thumbs up!!
Update: We checked out and went on our merry way...had to come back to that job for some follow-ups before they opened...so, of course this is where we went to get a room...they remembered us, (remember, this is when covid is hot and heavy!) They would not rent us a room! They said we left our room a mess! Now, I am 58 and my husband is 48...we're not kids...and we don't drink or smoke weed or anything...but, because we were working so late and we had our dog with us, we just put our "Do not disturb" sign on the door, and went to work. THE DOG WENT WITH US. We have travelled like this for 20+ years, and we've seen some younger guys trash a room...believe me, but when we leave a room we pick up any trash and carry it to the dumpster, so all the have to do is change the bed, vacuum and, of course wipe the surfaces and clean the bathroom...all of the things they SHOULD be doing every time, especially with COVID going on! So, we try to make their job as easy as possible ( geez, I wish somebody would do the same for us before we went to do our jobs!) So, I. am not retracting any of my first review...just thought it was really rude that the maid complained to the management because she had to vacuum a little more than she had to for the previous 5 days, which is how long we were there, and she didn't have to do ANYTHING. I took the dirty towels to the desk and got clean ones, and toilet tissue, AND made the bed before we left for work. I think people got a bit spoiled over that covid thing. WE didn't have that luxury. Our work never stopped. Thanks for letting me vent...have a great day!

The Quality Inn of Seneca, SC is a great example of how a friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff makes all the difference. They provide excellent service. My mattress was more comfortable than the one at the more expensive hotel in Clemson I'd moved from. Their rates are quite reasonable and I was allowed to check in a bit early with no hassle. I'll no doubt be back and highly recommend this hotel.

Amanda at the front desk and the owner were both so kind and just made the checkin process go so smoothly and quickly. I appreciated the southern hospitality from both ladies! I look forward to my next stay and will be booking more soon.

This was such a cute little place!!! I will definitely be back my next time going to Seneca. Location was great, and the breakfast was amazing!! The bed was comfy, the pillows were fine. Only problem me and my husband had, was the bathtub jets kind of went haywire and squirted water everywhere, but it was hilarious. Loved it 😍

Awesome staff, clean rooms, great location for my purpose. Breakfast is sausage egg and cheese biscuit, yogurt, waffles, cereal. They have juice, coffee and tea.

Great staff. The building looks old from outside, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my room, and the breakfast was great. If work has me in that area again, i will definitely stay. Very satisfied.

I was really impressed with the excellence of the room. The room was clean ( above average)& bathroom. The Bed itself was comfortable. The Breakfast in the morning was excellent! Keep up the great job you all do.

Our experience at the quality Inn was above and beyond Amanda at the front desk was amazing our housekeeper Miranda was just as awesome they made sure we felt comfortable and safe we had a leak in our first room they moved us immediately to the Same type of room they are friendly and kind and sweet I had conversations with both of them several times and they just made me feel good about being here in South Carolina we’re from Ohio and if I have a chance to come back to South Carolina I will definitely be staying at quality Inn!! Thanks Amanda an maranda for making my husband and I stay amazing even the dog loved it there! I will recommend this to anybody I know even strangers!

I stayed here back in 2015 and the rooms wasn't that nice. Due to family emergency and needing a pet friendly hotel I came back here. This time the rooms are so nice and comfy new paint , furniture, bathroom and walls had been done.. Staff was excellent and the night clerk was a God sent during this family emergency. I will defentily be back for another stay.

By far the best place to stay by far in Seneca sc . It's better then days inn and best way inn by far. Thee rooms are big enough to make u feel like foor what you paid that you won some upgrade you didnt even know you had won plus people mind there own business and tend to stay out yours so it's better by far then the rest.
