I love Seneca SC Applewood Shopping Center PetSmart location. Finnley is the best Sales Associate there! SShe is sweet and courteous with a ready smile. The Johnsons furry babies Phoebe-Grace, Cosmo, Pumpkin and Jaeger love it, too!

The male Supervisor assisted us in the store and he was awesome! He went over and above in helping us! So impressed with his kind customer service!

The sales person was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I needed things for a kitten that was given to me, so I had to buy its first toy and other needed items

Michelle and Kris are amazing. Best service of any retail outlet. Attentive, compassionate, and understanding. We drive 30 mins just to go to their store.

I love this Pet Smart most! The staff is always polite and eager to help. The grooming salon is AWESOME! The staff in there are very personable and really try to get to know your pet.

I've frequented dozens of different PetSmart locations around the United States, and this is one of the friendliest, hospitable locations I've come across. Thankfully, the pet store closest to my home is this one. I always enjoy speaking with the knowledgeable staff, all of whom seem to genuinely care for the animals kept there, and the pets brought inside by customers. A corporate storefront, but a small-town store vibe once you see how genuine the staff is. Thanks Mr. Dominic, you made the day for my son and I when we got his first pet cat! That kind of service is rare these days!

Had a great experience with Duke!! He hates going to vet, groomer, daycare, or anywhere actually!!!! He's. an Abused Rescue and Kyanna did a Fantastic job today.

Very friendly and helpful individuals. I went in for cat litter and I could not carry it I was literally dragging it through the store. Finally a clerk saw me and she came running to my aid and she also had another individual put it into my car for me. The prices are equal to Walmart's prices and sometimes they even have better bargains than Walmart for your pets. I love going to this petsmart. They do not give veteran discounts

I went in to have my dog groomed but there was a aggressive & hyper German shepherd & it's owners in front of me. The owners were yelling & complaining because the attendant refused to groom the dog. (I would have too & I'm very good with dogs). I was impressed at how well the staff & manager handled the situation. Very professional & pleasant.

Amazing experience today! Refreshing and exciting to have a good experience since last time I was there the lady that seemed like she was in charge was extremely rude to me and acted as if she was bothered I was asking questions. The young lady that helped me today has been an employee there for a long time and she normally runs the first register but is very helpful and cares about her customers and their and their animals ❤ 😊.... I wish I knew her name but I don't. She is such a sweet girl

I use PetSmart to get my Maltese cut about 1 time a month or every 2 months, I have had some hits and misses but Shayla is outstanding! She is so great with my dog and she doesn’t leave her shaking in my car on the way home! She looks so good, and trimmed to perfection! She listens, and always takes good care of my baby! Shout out to Shayla !

We have 2 dogs, and 2 cats, so we're big PetsMart fans. They have an excellent variety of treats and Toys for any animal your caring for. An excellent selection of food. The prices are as expected and reasonable.

Mary in the adoption of our little kitten. Mary was very sweet when helping us meet our sweet Anastasia. She gave us some time to be alone to play with her and get to know her and so she could get to know us. She helped us with a question we had with paperwork. Mary gave us our little booklet of coupons and assisted us with shopping for all kinds of goodies. Once we finished shopping, she helped us assemble the carrier to bring home our new member of the family, check out and be on our way. Not only was Mary wonderful with helping us but she was truly just a joy to chat with and get to know. When talking with her and working with her, you can truly see how passionate and kind hearted she is! During our visit we also met Matt, he was awesome as well and very fun to chat with. Everyone was so amazing to work with & the store is super clean and has so many options to choose from for all things you may need from collars to toys to food and etc. Thanks Matt for the laughs and great help and convo and a very big thank you to Mary for helping and making the experience so wonderful!!

Just a fun place to walk around and find treats for ur fur babies

Very pleasant and a great place to shop for our five dogs. We always love going to see what they have new each season and what's on sale.
They're always busy, so it's understandable if things can get hectic for them once in a while. I don't mind as I like to look around and see different stuff.
