My family can't say enough good things about Park Place and the people that work there. Kyle, Kim, Pam, Jenna and the entire staff are amazing! My dad absolutely loves it here. He receives care that exceeds every expectation. We can't say thank you enough!!!

My parents have been living off and on at Park Place for the past year and a half. The staff are professional, friendly, kind and compassionate. The facilities are kept clean and safe. Over the last few months dealing with the fallout of the pandemic, the staff has been exceptionally accommodating and understanding. They are focused on taking care of your loved one in the best way possible. I would 100% recommend Park Place if you are Interested in assisted living for yourself or a loved one. My mother also stayed in their memory care unit for several months and we had the same experience there as well.

My mother was at The Residences at Park Place for two and a half years. Kyle and his friendly staff were wonderful to my mother and consistently went over and beyond to fulfill her needs. I personally observed the staff interacting with residents with kindness and compassion on many, many occasions. I have never observed even a hint of neglect. The beautiful facility and grounds are kept very neat and clean. They provide fun and stimulating daily activities for the residents. The residents enjoy delicious and healthy meals prepared to meet individual needs. The Residences at Park Place is both a safe and a caring assisted living community. Residing at an assisted living facility is never cheap, but the value of the services provided far exceeded the actual cost. It was certainly a great place for my mother to live.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and facilities! Mom went for respite care in early December 2021 and decided to move in. The Director, Kyle, has gone above and beyond to help mom feel welcome and comfortable, as have ALL the staff. Sharon (office), Kerri & Kim (nurses) and Ron (facilities) have been available for questions and help whenever needed. Jenna, activities director, is so energetic and loving. Gail (housekeeping) and Becky (CNA) have welcomed mom and been so helpful. I'm sorry I don't know more by name but EVERYONE is helpful, kind and loving. The meals are delicious and nutritious ( I have eaten with mom). I am very confident with the care mom is receiving!

Transitioning a loved one from their home to assisted living can be a challenge with multiple moving parts. Staff members at The Residence at Park Place (RPP) understand this challenge and provide professional guidance. During the journey of moving my mom to assisted living at Park Place, Kyle (Director), listened to our concerns and goals we set for her. He and the staff kept close communications with us on her progress. She enjoyed the caring, loving attention received by all staff members, be a part of the daily activities (games, art, van rides, summer outings and more) to keep residence engaged and meet new friends. In her latter stay at RPP, mom moved to the memory care unit. Her caregivers continued providing loving attention ensuring she was eating properly, participating in activities and her daily needs were met in a caring, professional manner. For me, living over 400 miles away, RPP was a blessing and I never worried about mom’s well-being.

My Mom moved in The Residences 3 weeks ago. It was a difficult decision to make but definitely a good one. Kyle, Jenna, Jennifer, Ron, Keri, Sena and Melissa have really gone out of their way to make the transition comfortable for her and for the family. I drop by at all hours and the staff are consistently compassionate with each resident. This place has been a true blessing for our family.

I am the Activity Director of Ten years here at Park Place. I love my job. It's very rewarding. Of course everyday somewhere days are better than others. In regards to Katie's comment I was here that day she came in to get our Director Kyle Hicks to sign papers for another job. He didn't because of the way she left Park Place. So in order to get her anger out she posted a negative comment on this site in order to get back at Kyle. And as far as her saying there was a resident by the road that is false. I was here that day and us managers would have had a meeting about it if that was the case. Our goal is to provide the best service we can to the residents and families. Happy Ten Year Anniversary to Kyle Lance Hicks and Jenna Menard!!!

Recently having to place my dad into an assisted living facility was difficult.
He did not live in this area, so I was forced to move him here.
I was recommended to check out Park Place. We went and toured the facility. I immediately was impressed with the personnel that work there. They were very courteous and were genuinely concerned about the residences that lived there.
We were fortunate that they had an apartment that was available but we were advised that the furniture in the apartment did not go with it. My dad pulled me aside and asked me if we could see if we could buy the furniture. I asked them and they said it was possible, which saved us an enormous amount time and effort. They gave us a fair price on the furniture.
We were able to meet several of the people that lived there and they were all very positive about being there.
We were able to move him in quickly and he seems to have taken well to being there. He did have some difficulty coping with not being able to drive anymore, as I had to take his car away. Dad has always come and gone as he pleased but, due to his declining memory it was necessary.
Park Place basically takes care of every aspect of the daily requirements of those that live there. I told my dad that really the only thing he had to do was get up in the morning and get dressed because they take care of everything else.
I cannot express how obvious it is that the personnel that work there really care for those that live there.
They constantly have activities and events for the residences, they take them to different places away from the facility for the opportunity to get out and participate and be active.
It is such a relief to know that my dad is being taken care of by people that really care about their well being.
The staff has always been kind and have answered any questions that I have had.
The facility is well maintained inside and out, clean, well lit. When the weather permits the residences have the opportunity to enjoy being outside.
Again I cannot say enough about the staff that work there, they are what makes Park Place such a very high quality facility.
Again thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My great aunt has lived here for going on 3 years. She loves the people that she lives with and the staff that works there. Kyle, Melissa, Jenna and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to take care of all the residents. They are always willing to help me and I know they care for my aunt. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place for family to call home!!

The residents are always engaged in activities all during the day. The food is visually and tastes very appealing. The menu contains a variety of different cuisines and the kitchen staff is always willing to add resident meal requests to the menu. A really great place to be.

Every time I go visit, residents are always involved with some type of activity. All the managers have open door policies. The residents always look happy. The place is super clean. Super nice place and super nice employees.
