Wanna shout out a business that means so much to my family and I and we will ALWAYS support! Riggs Drug & Gifts Lafollette, due to Princetons allergies and GI problems he is still drinking formula well the one he’s on now that he’s 1 is so incredibly hard to find, it’s not sold online or in Walmart, target any stores like that. Iv searched and called pharmacies here to Knox and Riggs is the only place that ever has it even though I have a prescription from his doctor! They even order more for me if they don’t have the quantity I need. They have the best customer service Iv seen from a business! Shop local and support local businesses there truly the best.💗

I had to come in for a knee brace Brooklyn had assisted me she is so sweet and caring me and my sister in law talked to her while she was assisting me getting a knee brace I felt like I was talking to a friend.

I have going there over 20 years they see my van pull in ty he parking lot they have my medcine ready before I reac h the counter..

First off let me say I've used every pharmacy in this town, and by far Riggs in LaFollette has all of them beat! Everyone is so eager to help and make sure that you are taken care of. Alvis, Rhonda, Brandon, Justin, and ALL Riggs employees are very professional and always greet you with a smile. They go above and beyond to make sure the need is met for customers. You don't walk in there being another number. You can walk in there with confidence, that you will be served to the best of their ability and always with a smile. Our hometown is blessed to have a local owned drugstore, who treat people right and help in any way they can. I hope they know just how much all of them are appreciated!! Very welcoming, Workers make sure that you are satisfied before you leave. Work with you on your medicine if you don't have enough money to pay for the quantity. They give you all the discount that they possibly can. If something is wrong with your medicine they do everything in their power to get your meds fixed, with your doctor. My #1 pharmacy

The pharmacist went out of his way to make sure my daughter got her medicine. For blood clots before he closed for the weekend. She was getting out of the hospital and it was on Saturday. They would be closed on sunday, but he made sure she got her medicine and called the insurance company his self. He was great. Thank you dear sir.

This pharmacy and it's staff are a bunch of amazing people with heart's of gold. Caring compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to help people. Highly recommend this pharmacy!
