This place has everything. Well stocked. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. I enjoy shopping in this store.

The owner and staff are always friendly. They greet you as you arrive and are ready to help without being pushy. They have enough staff that you can be in and out of the store quickly and do not have to search for help. I’ve also used their curbside service. It has always been a breeze. They also always thank you for doing business with them.

I love this place, no other way to say it. I have a place at Deerfield and occasionally stop in here for “necessities”. Today I got some keys made and picked up a propane tank and batteries.
The younger gentleman at the register was great and the manager acknowledged me as well.
Also I recently got a Blackstone here (and my neighbor did as well). I am horrible with names, but the same fantastic lady helped me both times. While getting the Blackstone she spent extra time with my boys as they talked her ear off, while offering top notch service as well!
To top it off, they delivered it with excellent service.

Honestly, you would think this particular ACE Hardware store was in a commercial the professionalism and friendly staff make this place an absolute go-to for any Hardware needs.

Fantastic service! I came looking for specific tools and parts to make emergency repairs to my boat. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a very welcoming guy who led me directly to what I was looking for. He even carried some of my items to the front while I browsed for a few minutes. This is THE reason to the mega retailers.

Always very friendly and helpful staff. I actually don't go here too often as most of the construction work I do is in the Knoxville area, but when I need something local they have always had what I need, such as for knobs, plumbing supplies, drywall sandpaper, staples, etc. Anytime I have needed to get key copies for a house or car, I always go here, and they always work unlike some other places I have tried.

The staff is real helpful/useful. They all know exactly what they are talking about and even will walk you through basic instructions on how to use their product's (i.e. how to detach and reattach a gas fuel hose). Defiantly would recommend Ace before Lowe's.

Ace really is the helpful place, Sherman is a long time local and owner of this particular store. He is a great guy with great knowledge of everything he has. If he don't have it then he will know somebody that will.
I would like to see more folks shop at Mom and pop's places like this instead of big chain cooperations. It helps keep small business alive in our town, while keeping our historic buildings in LaFollette up, running, and making money.
If I could give seven stars I would, highly recommend this place to anyone in native supplies for their home or general repair.

You can't go wrong with this hardware store. Very professional and helpful. They know where everything is and can have you in and out in very little time. Prices are great, and they always have what you need.

Very good store and always helpful staff. Lots of things you wouldn't think of finding in hardware stores. Some examples would be cast iron cookware, canning supplies, shooting and fishing supplies and ammo. Also very good supply of hardware for building and repair projects.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
Even when my "STONER "son and his friends did yard work an broke my weed eater...( second use) i was able to have one ordered. Stove an oven pieces...already there. ALMOST ANYTHING YOU NEED YOU'LL FIND HERE

The employees are very helpful. Store is organized and always clean. There is street parking and an ample parking in rear.

I was going to that store when Mrs. Smith was fizzing around in there helping people find what they wanted. It was great then & it's great now and with more stuff also.
