The Seneca store offered the best customer service experience imaginable! I placed a large order for work, they labeled our meals by employee name, & The food was ready promptly. I couldn’t have been more satisfied.

This place is my favorite to visit when I’m in town. Sandwich’s are amazing. The bread is literally always fresh so good.

I placed a call-in order for the Fiesta Chicken sandwich on sourdough bread, chips, two pickels, and a drink. This is my fav combo. The food is delicious. The service, from the call-in to picking it up was great. Very courteous group of people that I encountered.

I have been happy with the food and service each time I visit. The downside is that their food is a bit expensive. I do keep in mind that the food is fresh.

First time eating at this chain and will visit again. Tried their french dip and im telling you the pretzel bun and the au jus were so good. Employees were helpful and friendly

This place is great if you're looking for something light for lunch. The food was incredible and everyone working there had a smile on their face. On top of that, during my short wait for my food, I had a lovely conversation with the nice couple to the right of me.

The service was excellent, the dining area was clean, the atmosphere was quiet, even at lunchtime, and even the restrooms were clean! This was my first time stopping at this restaurant, but it won't be my last! Very pleased with the entire experience.

The General Manager is so warm and welcoming!! The staff is so kind and always quick to greet you the second you step in the door. Without a doubt my favorite restaurant in town! Also, the cookies are to die for!! Never a bad thing to say about this place!

I give this place top ratings.. I went basicly 15minutes before closing, and all my food was served fresh.. Very good and pleasant experience...Need more restaurants like this.

We love Schlotzsky's! All of their food is delicious and made to order. Our recently discovered favorite is the French dip calzone! It is so good! They are big, so next time we will split one.

Always good food. I have been to several other locations where I was not impressed. Maybe because this one is so consistently good or maybe not. Either way this is a great place for lunch. The Large Original is the only way to go for me. The cookies were just meh. If you truly love sandwiches The Original wont disappoint.

Love this Schlotzky's. Everything is always fresh and tasty. They are quick to get your order ready and even though the Margarita flat bread pizza isn't on the menu anymore they still make it. It is the best flat bread pizza. There sandwiches are delicious as well, and my kids love their pizza.

This store is very well run. Super friendly. Speedy service. Clean dining area and restrooms. Long-term manager and low employee turnover.

Line was past the door and I started outside on the side walk in the line. Less than 5mins I was ordering and less than 9-10 minutes from then. I had my 4 cookies, a large drink, and a awesome smoke cheesey sandwich. Great job guys

I love the sandwiches here. The sourdough bread is awesome. My son likes their pizza. This particular store has been renovated since I was here last. It looked fine before but has much more room now and a fresh new look.

Fresh, tasty sandwiches and soups are my favorite of this chain. This location is quite busy most days, but the service is great about the staff recognize their regulars. I recommend this over other delis because of the variety of options. Plus, the Coke machine lets you mix so many flavors.

I've got the original on sourdough for 10years now. Nothing else. It's perfect and I'm never disappointed. Keep up the good work guys and girls!!!
