Come ready to unwind and relax, the staff is extremely skilled, kind and relaxing. Lisa did my facial today and it was truly a transformative appointment. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Jessica got me checked in and then got me a mimosa, she was very welcoming and helpful. Being a new mom and full of stress this was definitely what I needed to melt that away. Thank you to everyone who helped me while I was there. Would highly recommend!

Milan Day Spa on Broughton was definitely worth all of my time. Erin, my masseuse, was professional, knowledgeable and attentive. The lighting was relaxing and dim and the music set the ambience. I couldn't help but fully relax. Hours later and I'm STILL relaxed. My pedicure with Jennifer was also great. She's very detailed and took her time. The shop is gorgeous and even offers a shopping experience. They even sell accessories from local surrounding shops in order to be supportive! How awesome! Don't miss out!

I came here for a massage (with Tim) and a facial (with Melissa) while on vacation. Both services were top notch! The spa was large, so if you are looking for a place that could accommodate a group I think it would be a good choice. Great location too - right in the heart of the city.

Melissa is my brow girl and has been for a few years now. She’s like a brow doctor or a brow chemist 😆
Anything related to the brows she knows and can do. So I travel nearly an hour to see her.
I always get tons of compliments when she’s finished tenting mine. She’s a natural artist so it’s like she’s tattooing your desired brow shape each time. It’s not even a tattoo.
She truly is just that talented, and I’m confident that anyone who gets brow work completed by her will be extremely happy.

I have been getting Brazilian waxes here for almost 2 years. I see Melissa Henderson every time. Melissa is one of the best estheticians I have ever seen. When I first saw her I told her how nervous I was. She made the experience so comfortable and she explained everything she was going to be doing. Here we are 2 years later and I’m still seeing her. She has a great personality and I love coming in to see her for my appointments!

Amazing couples massage! Vicky and Timothy were amazing. My husband and I had troublesome areas and we both felt better after our massages. Jessica at the front desk was very pleasant and extremely helpful as well. We will definitely be back.

We were here on vacation. Had walked around so much, my legs and feet where so tense. I called here last minute for my husband and I and they got us right in. They did a 10min Epsom salt soak and a 20min leg and foot massage. It was amazing. He worked out so much pain from my legs and feet. Loosened it all up.

Me and my partner had a phenomenal couples massage with Tim and Bridget today!! Booking an appointment was so easy and the reception is amazing. MELISSA HENDERSON has been doing my Brazilian waxes and waxing my eyebrows for at least 4 years!! When she switched locations leaving Pooler, as much as I try to avoid downtown Savannah I didn’t care because I would have and still WILL follow her wherever she goes because she’s just that good at what she does and very knowledgeable when it comes to skincare as well. Her skincare knowledge was a plus considering I’m a black female that dealt with hyperpigmentation and dry skin. Melissa researched and recommended different products and treatments until we found what worked for me and the rest is history. So let’s be real getting a Brazilian wax is an intimate service, it’s very personal and yet from day one she’s always made me feel comfortable and ensures that the process goes smoothly every time. And when I say she gets everything, I mean it! 😻 Just be so silky smooth from the front to the back 🤷🏽‍♀🙃 Oh and of course my eyebrows are always flawless as well and she LISTENS to what I want and delivers without fail!!

Absolutely the best Swedish massage I’ve ever received. Everything from the booking to the check out was phenomenal. My husband and I had a couples massage, by Tim and Vicky. He had deep tissue, and he said Vicky was the best he’s had also. Tim was 10/10, very professional, wonderful bedside manner, and knows what he’s doing. We will definitely come see these two next time we visit this amazing town. I love everything about Savannah, and finding these massage therapists is just the cherry on top! Highly recommend.

My manicure with Caitlyn was amazing. She is so attentive and nice to chat with. The products in Milan feel and smell delicious. I hope Caitlyn is there when I return to Savannah so I can enjoy another relaxing service at Milan.

Melissa Henderson is an amazing esthetician. I go to her monthly for my brows and Brazilian wax and have been for many years. Her professionalism is outstanding, she takes her time and makes sure everything is done perfectly. I highly recommend Melissa!!

From the moment we walked in to get our couples massage (maternity for my wife) we were floored by their customer service. Their massages were excellent (I've only had about 10 massages in my life for reference). They were exactly as advertised. Then to top it off charcuterie board at the end. Great place to go and relax.

I had the ultimate manicure & it was so nice! I’m leaving with the softest hands & the prettiest nails I’ve ever had. Great conversation, mimosas & the most comfortable set up! Also was with a bachelorette party & got the fruit & chocolate tray! Would highly recommend!

Best massage I’ve ever had. My husband and I had a couples massage. I had deep tissue and he had Swedish. Both therapists were amazing and was so relaxing. Definitely coming back next time we visit. Tim was my therapist and he found every knot and stress point.
