Amazing place to eat and have fun, you can also ask for a special pizza to be made for you and they will get it done right away.

Under new management and you can tell a huge difference! Monir greeted us upon arrival, he was very kind and checked on us several times during lunch. The food pizza and pasta were fresh, the buffet and restaurant were both sparkling in the cleanliness department. They are even running specials for kids on Wednesdays and look to add more events for families. We will definitely be back!

We love Cicis! It was so nice and the food was delicious! If you ever wanna eat some good buffet pizza just go there! I loved it and the workers and managers are very generous! The brownies are bomb!

I don’t know if it was a manger or not. But thank you for being so kind to my niece and wife. I truly wish I would’ve gotten his name! But he was working the counter tonight 1/6/2024. Great atmosphere, the new games are excellent my niece and me had a blast! Hire more employees like him definitely made it a great experience ✊🏾

10/10 quality all around! My family and I were blown away by the service (the manager and employees are so welcoming, funny, and kind) and how phenomenal the food was (definitely get the brownies)!!! I’ve been to most if not all of the cici’s in middle Tennessee and this is easily the best one I’ve found. Highly recommend!

I feel like I give a lot of 5 Star Reviews, but when I do, these places earn it. This was definitely the case with Cicis in Lebanon, TN. This was the busiest I have ever seen a Cicis. Usually, I would be annoyed with such a large crowd, but everybody was respectful, and it just goes to show how great of a location this is! The employees kept the pizzas made and coming out of the kitchen to meet the needs of all the patrons. Also, the employees were friendly and helpful, and they even took the time to answer the phone and help with my questions despite being really busy. Job well done everybody!!

When I came in I wasn’t expecting anything crazy, there was a big birthday party and it was very busy but the workers still made sure there was fresh food out and the friendly manager checked on us a couple times to make sure everything was okay! I love the brownies they’re doing now too!!

We came to CiCi's last night for a celebratory birthday dinner for my 9 year old. The service from the time we entered to the time we left was stellar. The 2 people working never stopped moving! The salad bar was fresh, all fresh pizzas and plenty of dessert pizzas were there! All of the food was amazing! And the games weren't overpriced! We will definitely be going again! The price for what you get can't be beat! $30 for 2 adults and a 9 year old!!

Great service. They handled our Granddaughter’s birthday party. Monier and his crew were awesome. They made a special day a little more special.

Cici’s is under new management! He is super friendly and the food was delicious. We watched him hand deliver food to tables and even suggested and brought us a new pizza to try. If you’re there ask for a pizza with zesty sauce!!! It’s delicious!!!!!!

Fun eating time with three of my sisters. I ate more than I usually eat at one meal. It was too good to stop! We went to a singing and so I skipped dinner!
Strange thing is my blood sugar was only 135 after I got home to McMinnville from the 50th Gospel Music Fest at Immanuel Baptist Church in Lebanon.

The food tasted fairly fresh and the circulation of pizza kinds was often but I'm mostly impressed by the team cleaning and teamwork. My Visit was around 5-6 pm on September 6th, 2023. Keep up the good work and stay work motivated and positive.

The children enjoy the games and I enjoy the spinach pizza. Salad bar lettuce needed changing it was more brown than green.

Tried Cici's Pizza for the first time. Son and Grandsons and I enjoyed it . Good food and the games were ok , not crowded at all .

Todays lunch was absolutely DELICIOUS! We drive almost an hour to fulfill our nostalgia appetite, as all Cicis near us are gone.. we’ve been here a couple times but today hit it out of the ballpark! I don’t know if that was the GM or owner in there making conversation with everyone, but he was so nice, and definitely keeping things tip top!! Everything was piping hot and amazing. The salad bar was so fresh and options a plenty! My favorite pizza was fresh on the bar as we came in. 10/10 cicis experience I wish They were everywhere like back in my childhood ❤

This place is usually pretty good. The last time we went though it was about 4 hours from closing and we asked if we could get a brownie pizza for the bar.(usually if you ask they will make whatever it is). This time however we were told they couldn't do it because it takes at least 2 hours for it to cool after it's made. Now I've never worked here but I have lots of kitchen experience from other places and that just sounds suspect to me. My daughter was especially disappointed.

Idk if was just this cicis or not, but their pizza is far better than I remember from cicis. I travel for work. I've eaten at cicis across the country, and pizza in the past seemed generic, not this week!!!

New manager is AMAZING!! Love all the great changes! You have life long costumers!

This is my kids all time favorite place to go. They absolutely love the pasta with cheese sauce and the Mac-n-cheese pizza they love playing the games afterwards. ( The shooting games never works, it will take your money every time) and one or two of the crane machines don't work well. But for the most part it's always a joyful and fun experience. Please bring back the brownies it's the only dessert we like 😉🤷🏼‍♀👌🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

To feed 10 people I payed a little over 100.00 and that is an excellent price and the food was fresh and delicious
