Great, quiet place with 2 fenced in areas. Dogs can go take a dip in the pond. They have bags on site to pick up your pups poo. There's walking trails around the area. Across the street diagonal is a children's park with playground equipment.

AWESOME dog park and recreational area. There's a large fenced area with a lake and small sandy beach for your dog to keep cool in during summer! No people swimming allowed, but dogs can dive right in! Just check your surroundings first as there could be gators. Also, if you're dog has iffy recall or is super curious, check along the border where the fence meets the lake before you unleash. There might be a small place they could get out, I didn't look well enough so unsure. But really the lot is so big I doubt they will even go near the fence line! There's also a smaller gated area beside the big one, that doesn't attach to the lake. There's a basketball court and a walking trail around the lake as well. Lots of green grassy (although unshaded and unfenced) areas for picnicking and further leashed walking. There's bathrooms as well! Have fun!

My dogs and I love this park, plus it's never too busy. The park stays relatively clean and is a decent size. By far our favorite park in the summer time due to it having water the pups can cool down in.

Be advised, if your dog doesnt mind going in water theyll be able to get into the small dog area. There is also a big hole that someone's dog dug under the fence between the large and small park.

Many people are worried about gators here but as many times as Ive come we've only ever seen the gators twice and they always stay far away.

This is a great dog park. Sections for big and small dogs. Lots of room to run around. Next to municipal park with picnic area and walking area.

This was a beautiful place that we stumbled on during our road trip from jersey to parris island. We came here for our lunch before heading home. Nice area to walk, very clean and a beautiful lake.

Absolutely amazing dog park for the simple fact that you can have your dog swim in the lake, watch for gators of course but we haven’t ever seen any.

Very nice and shaded. With access to the lake for our dogs. There was only one other person on both our visits. So depending on time of day. It's not overly busy. Dogs have room to roam and explore

We have been taking our Beagle to the park since she was a puppy. We love this place it has water for swimming and a very large play area, it also has a smaller area for the smaller dogs. There is a walking track around the outside if that is what you prefer. The fishing is pretty good as well.

This place has a nice walking trail with natural beauty surrounding it. You can also take a walk without a dog.

I bring my dog here 4-5 times a week. She can run and play and cool off in the lake. Doesn't get exhausted as she does at the Port Royal park. The only gator I've seen at this park is too small to attack my 50 lb. dog and I haven't seen it in weeks so believe it has been moved or moved itself. Paradise for my dog.

Pretty decent dog park. Has an area just for dogs that are completely fenced in. A big area for dogs to play and run around. Be careful though because this is SC and it is a dirt area, there are areas where there are fireant piles. The bottom of the area opens up to the water. It's pretty shallow at first then gets deeper. Good for dogs to play in. There is also a fenced off area next to the big play area, Im guessing that's for dogs that need a break from the excitement but still want to be all up in the mix. Outside the fenced off area is a pond which connects to the water area for the dogs, its pretty big. I usually walk my dogs around it. It also has a sidewalk and grass off to the sides. There are restrooms available and eater fountains on both sides of the dog park. There is also a mini fountain for dogs to drink out of right next to the human fountain. It is all wheelchair accessible. At one end of the park there is a small metal dock. Sometimes I see people out there fishing. And I've even seen someone kayak out there even though it's not a huge area to explore via kayak. My dogs love to jump off the dock and swim. Not very crowded during the day but gets populated after working hours. Good place for the family or someone exercising to enjoy a nice walk around the pond. Surrounded by a bunch of trees. Park is open from dusk til dawn. Plenty of parking at both ends of the park. One closest to the dog play area, and anither closest to the dock. There is also a basketball court attached near the dog play area.

Beautiful setting that allows dogs to be dogs and play in the water or run around under shade. Plus there is a short trail that is paved around their lake.

Great park. Our dog loved playing with the other dogs that were there. The water could be a bit of a problem if you don't wish your dog to get wet.

Great place to let your best friend run free. Not crowded. Nice dogs and owners. Water, if your pooch is a swimmer. Fenced in and wooded. Great!

This is definitely one of the better dog parks I've been to. I'm here right now and it has both big dog and little dog areas. Both go right down to the water. This place is great!
