Another excellent updated review! This time I brought my 2 daughters and they liked it so much we are going back tomorrow. We tried different things and everything has been amazing. Fried okra was delicious and i don't even like it. Beet salad with goat cheese and candied pecans... Amazing. The lettuce alone seemed like it was just cut from the garden and probably was. Since we wanted to try the deviled egg southern style 3 ways...and they were out, the chef sent out complimentary fresh picked peaches covered with goat cheese and pecans.
Perfect little local place to get a healthy meal. I enjoyed the quiche and mimosa. We went back the next day and had soup, chicken on salad, and amazing crispy onion rings. They had some really good looking sweets too. The servers were really nice too.

We stopped by Wright Square Bistro for a quick lunch while in Savannah. They have a cafe for some to-go items and it looks like they have homemade bakery items, as well as truffles that looked amazing. For lunch, my husband ordered the bacon wrapped meatloaf sandwich which was amazing. The fries are homemade and were very tasty. Definitely try the in house ranch sauce they make! I ordered the house salad with a burger patty on top and it was so good! Great prices and was a fun stop while we were in town!

The food was absolutely delicious! Jesus was a wonderful server and the atmosphere was very chill. I absolutely will be coming again. Also the best calamari we have ever had (I didn’t take a picture because it was gone so fast). They are the sweetest.

The ingredients used are high quality and the food is delightful!
We were impressed with the experience our waiter provided by bringing complimentary deviled eggs to try as we waited for our food. And before we left we each got a piece of rich chocolate to enjoy. It’s the little things that set a restaurant apart from the other good, but not great experiences— And this bistro exceeded my expectations! I love when it feels like a business goes the extra mile to add a personal touch.
Ps- The housemade potato chips are so great.

Lovely fresh flowers adorn the tables. The servers are kind and helpful. I’ve visited this bistro several times, and it is quickly becoming one of our “must-stops” when I visit Savannah. The shrimp salad is some of the best you will ever taste! The croissants are rich and magnificent. On my last visit, the owner shared a piece of coconut cake with my mother and me to celebrate my birthday. If you’re looking for a bistro where the attention is in the details, Wright Square will not disappoint! Thank you, friends, for making our visits special!

Unexpected touches: a small appetizer (not on menu, not requested, but very nice); very reasonable pricing; excellent service. Surprisingly, few other patrons (I think they recently added dinner service). We explored other highly rated Savannah restaurants during a 3-day visit, and this was our favorite. Savannah - you don't know what you're missing!

Wright Square Bistro was a first stop for us in our visit to Savannah. It was on a friend's recommendation that we go. The carefully constructed sandwiches, home made chips and bountiful salad with grilled fruit and candied nuts left us so satisfied. Just as we were finishing up our meal a gentleman presented to us two dishes of desserts. Warm brownies and lemon squares! He began a very casual and pleasant conversation with us about the area and about the restaurant. As it turns out he is one of the owners. This experience and the hospitality at the restaurant left us the best impression of Savannah and its warmth.

If I could give the food more than 5 stars, trust me, I would. The salad was delicious, especially with the Vidalia onion dressing. Corn chowder is Hans down my favorite soup and theirs was the best I’ve ever had. The service was attentive and friendly. It was a great lunch all around.

Delicious with perfect proportions. Well executed traditional French and fabulous American bistro. Yep. They can exist on the same menu.

My wife and I would return but she wants me to mention that the pie crust in our quiche was not home made. The salads were excellent but I do think the quiche was more crust than egg.

This place was so good! We stopped in on a whim, and the food was amazing. I had the Reuben with fries and my wife had the chicken with a biscuit, and both were incredible. We got drinks as well, and those were fantastic too. At the end, they surprised us with a piece of key lime pound cake that was also amazing. The staff was really kind and welcoming, and it was a really cool and unique atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Stopped in Savannah on my way up north and decided I’d get a coffee here (because they have a lil’ parking lot on the side, so, don’t have to look for street parking). Ended up getting a veggie wrap as well, minus the cheese, grilled, and omg it’s so yummy. Service was great. Staff is very kind. Shop and dining area are rather quaint and cozy. LOVE IT HERE! I don’t wanna leave 😩😄

We had a nice comfy rainy Sunday lunch today. We had the bistro burgers and house made fries. Fresh and delicious. They had a Sunday specials menu that looked so good as well. My favorite part was the chocolates they gave us at the end of our meal. They were so good that we decided to purchase some more chocolates at the front of the store. This seems like such a quaint place to enjoy some wine, a slice of cake, and chocolates with your friends and families on the weekends. Felt so homey in there.

We visited for brunch today, our first meal of our Savannah holiday. We walked in because it looked interesting, and it proved to be a wonderful find.
The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming, and the food is delicious. We really couldn't fault anything.
We bought some extra food for a light meal back at the apartment, and that was quality too.
We will be back.

Seriously, this place is a wonderful gem in this fine city. We arrived @6:30 & were acknowledged & seated soon after. By 7:00 the dining room was almost full and would fill shortly after.
A complimentary taster ( Amuse- bouche) from the chef, a lovely salmon pate w/ local crackers & a slather of goat cheese w/ greens was perfect to as the French say " amuses the mouth".
My husband and I shared starters of cornmeal breaded fried okra and the goat cheese tart. Scrumptious. The okra was delicately breaded, flash fried, the house accompanying remoulade was spot on in bringing out the sweetness of the fresh okra. The buttery tart was a beautiful blend of garlic and herb goat cheese & caramelized onions. Grape tomatoes and fresh greens on the plate w/ a luscious citrus vinaigrette.
The wine we chose was rather special as well. Mary Taylor Wines. Please look her up and her mission. We had her French Cote de Gasconge and purchased 2 bottles to take with.
Our entrees, Georgia Shrimp Pappardelle- fresh meaty local shrimp in a light butter sauce & fresh parmesan. It was luscious!!
Meat and Two sides- Co-owner Tod's meatloaf recipe wrapped in bacon thick sliced w/ a spicy tomato sauce and fresh green beans sautéed & lightly charred. Meatloaf is one of those dishes that can haunt you at it's prepared end result. My sisters still comes out like sole bottoms. This recipe is spot on deliciousness!!
Next to us was a couple visiting from Connecticut, who we ended up having wonderful conversation with throughout the meal and through our desserts of Chocolate cake and Key Lime Pound cake, both of which are sensational.
The atmosphere of this boutique establishment grew throughout the evening. The energy was pleasant, warm and inviting.
The service throughout the dining area was shared by a wonderful server ( sorry, cannot remember his name) and co- owner Tod Whitaker and also a brief visit or two by co- owner Michael Highins. Food and drink flowed seamlessly to every table and one could hear compliments from tables before departing. I will end by saying that Savannah has wonderful places to dine, many that we check out each Spring vacation here. Wright Square Bistro on York Street is a must experience and a place to return to. Bon appetit!!
