My daughter is a Sophomore here and cannot register for the required courses for her to progress. My wife flew there last week to meet with our daughters' advisor who said that the classes are doled out based on last name and that we need to keep trying. The real issue is that they need more professors/instructors for the number of students that need these classes in ordervto progresd. At this rate it'll be a 5 year program for my daughter to get the degree she is after; making us wonder if this is intentional. Lots of other parents are posting on the SCAD Facebook page of having the same issue. Do yourself a favor and send your kid to a school that cares enough about the students to have enough teachers to teach them. If we could give SCAD zero stars we would.

Terrible school that bleeds you dry. Worst experience ever. Heartless institution that could care less about there students.
