At the beginning of this year, my friend convinced me to come to hot yoga with her as there was a great deal going on. And I fell in love!! Both Rob & Kara have been the best instructors a girl could ask for. I am currently on my 13th class. I am so happy with the joy hot yoga brings me. This place is awesome!!❤

First class is FREE! Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, Yoga Keowee will provide what you need! I had never done yoga when I tried my first class in March 2021. The instructor explained the moves & gave plenty of guidance, making it easy to follow along. Now, after over 300 classes, my practice has grown & changed. Had my first class today and loved it! The studio is beautiful and Robert is a wonderful teacher. He made me feel very comfortable, encouraged and motivated! I will certainly be back and can only recommend you try this place. They have lots of different classes and good deals, so youll be sure to find sometjimg thats good for you!

I can’t say enough good things about this studio. It’s a nice mix of classes for all levels but the best part is the community that has formed with awesome, loving people. I moved here from DC and this community made Lake Keowee my home. 🥰

Yoga keowee is the best yoga studio in Oconee county. Kara is very knowledgeable and makes you feel so so so welcomed. They have a very relaxed studio and their classes allow you to leave whatever it is you’re dealing with on your mat, you leave feeling relaxed and fresh. From their hot power yoga to their community classes, there’s something for everyone!

If you are ever in the Seneca area, please go try out Yoga Keowee. This studio is very welcoming and welcomes everyone and anyone. I went to two different classes, and I feel refreshed after basic and hot yoga. There is a class for everyone! Go out and try it for yourself, you’ll be amazed at what your body and mind can do!

I took a hot yoga class here this morning. The studio was beautiful. The instructor, Lim, was strong and kind. They had the most beautiful assortment of bracelets and T-Shirts. I will always stop by and take a class when we are back in town.
