We were on our way to Galveston from Oklahoma. We needed an immediate repair. John and the guys got us fixed up and back on the road in no time. They were helpful, honest, respectful, and fast….. everything you could want in automotive repair.

I had a pretty big mess happen on my way home from Houston to the Kansas-Nebraska state line. It caused my alignment and steering to be significantly out of whack. These guys got me in first thing in the morning and got it all taken care of ASAP. They were sweet towards my dogs and friendly as could be. I hit the road with that vehicle going better than it had in years. But, the real cherry on top - they just called to make sure I made it home ok and that things were still top notch. I seriously wish they were close enough to be my regular shop. Amazing service in every regard.

Amidst their busy schedule of many vehicles needing the shop's attention, the shop was able to squeeze my truck in and handle the repairs with no issues. This was two days in a row. The staff was great to work with, and quite efficient at their perspective roles in the company. Their great sense of humor made the time fly by. I wish that I had known about Avenue Automotive sooner.

I travel all over the country with my job. I was in Ennis TX when the serpentine belt on my car began to shred & come off. It was approximately 8:30 am when I called Avenue Automotive. Michelle answered & I explained my problem. She said they had 3-4 people in front of me, but they would get to it ASAP. I was in their parking lot within 5 minutes prepared to spend the day. I was greeted by her in the driveway to get my info & get the process started. She led me inside & met Lithia at the counter. Both girls were a pleasure to deal with & had comforting personalities. Still, I was anticipating an 'all day affair'. To my surprise, within 45 minutes Michelle called me to the desk & told me I was ready to go. Kudos to Avenue Automotive's owner & staff for a job well done. They made me feel as if I was their only customer at that time & recognized the importance of me getting back on the road. Would definitely recommend this mechanic shop for any future troubles!! Thanks again, guys.

Avenue Automotive saved us when my car broke down on a trip. It was just me and my kids which made the event even more stressful. I started calling local repair shops and the first one was kind of gruff with me and not helpful. When I called Avenue Automotive they were friendly and reassuring from minute one that they could and would help us. A quick tow to their shop and they had us back on the road in no time! They are professional, reliable, honest and knowledgeable! My only regret is that they don’t have a shop in the town we live in! If you are in need of any assistance with your car in the vicinity of Ennis, TX I cannot recommend Avenue Automotive enough! They even checked on us afterwards to ensure my vehicle was running well. I’ve never had any car service shop care enough to do that before. Thank you Avenue Automotive, you guys are incredible!!!

My 2 year old and I were on our way from Houston to Denton to a graduation when I had to stop because of issues with my engine misfiring. We got there an hour before they closed. They politely waited to close up to allow my ride to come and had me back running very quickly! This is the true example of customer service!! They were awesome!!

We broke down in our way back to South Texas. So glad it happened here. Lithia is awesome at the front desk. The mechanic was quite thorough. They were busy but got us right in so we could get home.
No unnecessary repairs were offered. The bill was quite reasonable.

I was originally going to take my vehicles to a dealership in town. They told me it would take at least 2 weeks to even look them. So because I drive 100 miles back and forth to work every day I needed faster service. So I chose to take my truck to avenue automotive. Best decision I have made in long time. They promptly addressed my issues. They actual performed the work for less than the original estimate was quoted. They kept me informed through the whole process with schedule updates, cost options. They even did some things that I know they didn’t charge me for. I will recommend these guys to anyone. They have earned my business for a lifetime. I have 4 vehicles that I will take to them as needed.
As well as getting everything I needed done. Fantastic service experience.

This is the only automotive repair shop I would EVER recommend. Lots of expedient and knowledge, Supreme personal customer service, and everyone is treated like an adult. Professionalism on display in every aspect.

So here I am stuck, 200 miles from home. I call local shops, but no one can get to me for about a week. The tow home will cost 1k out of pocket. I call this shop, and the owner personally Fits me in. They check it out, and believe they can have it fixed by lunch tomorrow. He even brings me to a hotel a set up for the night. All I can say is thank you enough for caring about me. The owner is just down to earth, and didn’t try to sell me on work I didn’t need. I can’t thank you enough. I’m ready to go home, and because of you, I will. Thank you sir, and I highly recommend people to use this place.

I have visited Ave Automotive twice now. Each time, I did not have a ride home after dropping my car off. Since I live a mile from the shop, one of their employees, Hector, brought me home. It was great to get to know someone from within their shop. He was so sweet and told me all about his life story- he's amazing. When my car was ready to be picked up, I did not have a way to get to the shop, so the owner actually picked me up from my house. He told me all about his daughters and how proud he was of their hardwork.

Needless to say, yes my car was fixed. But these conversations and their willingness to help me just reminded me that the people behind-the-scenes of me paying a bill or dropping my car off to- there's real people doing that work. It's great knowing that those people at Ave Automotive are pure and kind.

I had to have a TON of work done on my vehicle, and Avenue Automotive was AMAZING! they took the time to talk to me about everything that was going on. Explained everything in a way I understood and was able to fix EVERYTHING in just a few days! They worked fast and proficient! They were proactive with potential issues. I appreciated that they looked ahead for further issues and put me ahead of the game! I got my car back fast and it runs GREAT! They even called to check on it after I had it a few days to make sure it was up to my satisfaction! It definitely was! I could not recommend this place enough!!

I have taken my car to Avenue Automotive a few times now for work like radiator replacement, finding and fixing an oil leak, replacing the transmission belt, replacing brake pads and fluid, and more. Each time, they have provided high quality work and exceptional customer service, including follow-up messages to make sure your car is running well and all the work performed was good. While your car is in the shop, they also keep you updated on its status regularly. I plan to keep using them and highly recommend them if you're looking for a new auto shop!
