Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

Man in store was so helpful. Mike I think he's name was. Got the correct size from another store.Its shipping to my house. Loved the dress. So glad could get the size I needed. Lady, cashier was great also. Saved another 15%! That's great in this day & age.

This is a good sized factory store. Large selection for big/tall men. They always have several clearance racks with diverse options and extra discounts available. Only downside is the rest of the mall is pretty non existent. Not enough stores out there to make it worth the drive from Nashville.

So this was my first experience here. This staff was great respectful kind patient. I would recommend and return to the store. The item I wanted was not in stock in the store it was ordered by them online and should be arriving at my home shortly.

Found some great styles a dress for my niece, a shirt for my toddler nephew and 3 cute casual dresses for me all under $110!!!! I normally don't find much within my price range but this sale was awesome! Plus this store has more younger styles not the (no offense) older mom type clothes. I am a mom and I would gladly continue to shop her plus the staff was very friendly!

The young African-American lady... I think she was a supervisor... really knew her stuff. She found me exactly what I needed for my son for Christmas. She was polite and extremely professional. Well done.

I really do love this place. It's a typical outlet store kind of feel, but the employees here are pretty great. They're always friendly and helpful. This makes shopping here all the better!
