I came in after a bad experience with another furniture company, so I was hoping that the service here would be better. I am glad I stopped in. They showed me options for what I was looking for specifically and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were very nice. Although they didn't have what I wanted exactly, the service experience was great. If you are in the market for furniture, I would recommend this as one of your shopping destinations.

The staff is always polite and helpful. Margie was a pleasure to work with. I gave her a hard time (to my wife's dismay) albeit joking, and she handled my aburptness with fun and humor. We found a dining set both me and the Mrs. Could both be happy with, and then because we needed a set right away (COVID-19, everything is 8-12 weeks order time), she allowed us to purchase the floor set. Tax free weekend to boot! Its being delivered in 2 days!

My wife and I have always appreciated how well we are treated when we walk in the door. We don't buy furniture often so we are not regulars per se. Nonetheless, when we do visit Quality Furniture Company it does not matter who waits on us, we feel important. My mother was in town for my mother-in-law's funeral and wanted to buy me a chair as a late birthday/early Christmas present. Quality was the first and only place we stopped. Sally was great to work with and even though it was the end of her day on a Friday she answered our questions, was patient to help me make a decision, and made it a great experience. Stop in to see them and what makes a local furniture store experience special.

We went to this store because we wanted to have king hickory's sofa. We bought it at the furniture store in NC. We have it for about 10 years. The cushion is still very sturdy compared to another sofa that we bought from very popular interior shop. I did not want to buy our sofa or chair without sitting on it, it is nice that they have several sofas in their store so we could check the style and how we feel when we sit on it. Since what we wanted to have are a custom made sofa and chair, we needed their help. Julie was very helpful to find what we want. The fabric samples they have was the same as we saw in the huge furniture store in NC. It took 8 weeks until it was built at the factory ( we were told when we ordered so I am OK.) Once they receive the sofa and chair from the manufacturer, delivery was very fast and smooth. It is worth the time. I am very satisfied. Thank you!

I didn't make a purchase here. But I did want to contrast another review of here that said they weren't helped. After being to many stores I enjoyed the sales people not flocking onto me like vultures. We were greeted and there was an offer to help, but it wasn't forced. I also think many of the items had a good price to value compared to what I had seen.

Excellent customer service experience! I have purchased several pieces of furniture. Every purchase has been a positive experience. I have purchased items in the store, and I have ordered items. So, if you don't see the exact item you are looking for, they can order it. The items that I ordered arrived faster than items that have been "in stock" in other stores. Also, they give you a 2 hour delivery time window. It's awesome! You don't spend your whole day waiting on your furniture. Quality Furniture Company will continue to get all of my business!

We found a living room set that was perfect and we bought it. We bought our 1st living room set 12 years ago from Quality Furniture. Absolutely nothing wrong with it, however, we were looking for a nice change and we found it once again and bought it. Our Sales lady was super nice and very helpful. We purchased a sectional and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The salespeople were so helpful in understanding the size we needed and in choosing fabrics for the sectional and several throw pillows. The delivery was friendly and on time. We love supporting a local company!

New in town needed replacement legs for Sofa they were so accommodating and found some in the warehouse..... I had checked with others in area no one seemed to want to help as I wasn't spending for big ticket items..... Not the case here you would've thought I arrived in a limo. I was a priority to them..... Customer Service at its best. Would definitely purchase furniture here..... Simply the Best!

We decided to finally pull the trigger on getting a Big Green Egg. I called around and got a decent price 45 minutes down the road. When I walked into Quality Furniture, I was greeted by Sally who not only was helpful, but told me pricing that was well below anywhere else I found.
I brought my wife in the next day to look at the Eggs and recliners and this time we were met by Bruce, the owner, who helped us select a recliner and gave us a price that we were very pleased to pay.
Bruce and his team seem to be a class act and we will be returning for our furniture and BGE needs. If you are looking for a Big Green Egg, I have priced them for miles around Murfreesboro, and could not find a better price anywhere.

The sales experience was great. Sally was attentive without being pushy. She is knowledgeable about their products and associated services. More to come when delivery occurs.

Staff is friendly and courteous. Clean palace with nice rooms. Great location for travelers. Not too busy of a road, pretty quiet there. Slept well. Will stay again next trip.

Went in with questions about the Big Green Egg, and the two people I spoke with were extremely knowledgeable and super friendly! Hands down, one of the best experiences I've had shopping in a long time.
