I have never felt more respected and welcomed than I have at Bradshaw. Actually, this is the first time I have ever felt cared for and valued by a PCP. From the wonderful front Desk Staff to the Nursing Professionals and the Phlebotomists. Everyone cares about your well being. And they do this with a smile and compassion. I highly recommend!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this doctors office.....they are all wonderful!!! My mother , my husband and myself love everyone at this office. Personally Justin Groce is the best in the world!! He has listened and basically gotten all my husbands medical conditions under control and no one else has ever done this . I wouldn’t let my husband go anywhere else and I know he wouldn’t because of Justin being so amazing!! I hope everyone finds a doctor and doctors office as wonderful as this one!!

Everyone is very nice and helpful. Dr Justin Groce is caring and listens, he doesn't try to get you out as quick as possible, he spends the time needed with his patients, at least that's my experience.
All the office staff is helpful and patient. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dara Botts is highly skilled at her profession and as a specialist. I wouldn't see anyone else as long as we're both around

Ridiculous to wait an hour and a half and still not see the NP.

Was trying to make an appointment with them. They didn’t send out a reminder call or anything and I had missed my appointment. They then refused to reschedule another appointment with me because they have a “strict policy” yet if they had a strict policy why aren’t they sending out reminder calls or text?

Extremely nice when there but very poor communication and have to wait over an hour in the waiting room. On a different occasion was also told to be here 20min early but I arrive early to a sign on the door that they are closed past my appointment time, so I’m early to wait 20min + another 15 for the office to open + another 20min in the waiting room.

Poor experience. They emphasized I needed to be there 20 mins early for new patient paperwork. I arrived 20 mins early and finished my paperwork before my appointment time. I then waited 40 mins after my appointment time and even mentioned to the front desk I had been waiting for a while. Ended up having to leave to get back to work. As a mom of a toddler it’s difficult for me to make time for my own appointments so very disappointed they didn’t value my time.

I showed up for what I thought was an 11:40 appointment at 11:34. This was later than I wanted to be but got behind a hay crew of tractors on the way into town. I was told no my appointment was at 11:20 and would not be seen today. I took the day off just to be there. The older couple in the lobby had stated their appointment was 11:30 and they were still waiting at 11:50 to get in. I guess it’s ok for them to over run your time but not the other way around. This was a wasted day with someone who will make no exceptions for their future customers.
