I have been here for over a year and have had nothing to complain about. We had a small hiccup when we first arrived, which was weather related and out of the hotels control. They took care of us with no problem, promptly moved us to another room.
The rooms are very comfortable
No bugs which is a huge plus, each bed is fully enclosed with a water proof covering.
Full fridge, microwave and two burner stove ( bring your own cookware)
Local cable TV
Will provide weekly clean linens and towels if requested.
Will provide maid service if requested.
Key card entry.
Pet friendly.
Amazing staff.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is safe. The past reviews are not true about this place. I will definitely stay here again if we have to go towards Nashville again.

I just want to say that my Experience at this hotel was absolutely amazingEven though I was going through a rough time dealing with my accidentI and transportation issues , money issues.The staff ( Floyd, Kerry )was very patient, understanding, accommodating, And had a really kind words To say to keep me positiveWhile going through my situationAnd honestly it felt like family. And I will say this is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in Everybody was great the hotel room was great just a peaceful quiet stay no rudeness just good peopleAnd if I could give this place a hundred Stars I would. So far so good! A young man named Floyd was of great help to me with my reservation and making sure the room was great for me. No hassles what do ever, was even greeted by a lady at the elevator turned out to be a top executive from the hotel. Goes to show that even at the top of the ladder they will greet the customers. Good job and keep up the good work!

You will enjoy your stay however long it maybe. Just stay away from Rebecca. She's not the friendly GM nor does she liked to be questioned when it doesn't make sense.. The true OGs and friendly mfs is Floyd and Kerry. They'll take care of every and anything Rebecca doesn't. You got questions ask them. Something broke ask them. Cant deal with Rebecca's attitude or unprofessional ways wait for them or the new chick that works evenings

I am truly satisfied with my stay! One of the cleanest hotels I have been to by far!! Well kept and managed the staff are welcoming and friendly had no issues whatsoever I would definitely recommend

The stay was good due to Floyd,Kerry,and Jay they where very understanding,helpful but Rebecca is a rat she put me and my family out because I was I a day late and I told her I’m paying for a week today and when I ask for the big boss number she told me she can’t give it to me kept my deposit even though there was nothing wrong with my room when I left I wil only return if Rebecca is not there she talks to people like we are nothing she was cool with me because I would feed her and when I stop feeding her she put me out trying to say I stopped paying so please someone needs to contact me soon or I would be finding a lawyer

Clean comfortable room. Updated and well taken care of. Beds were comfortable. Checked in late and the gentleman working came to check us in right away and was friendly and helpful. Kitchenette looked nice @ bathroom was clean. Good room for the price.

Overall a great place. Some noise nuisances such as back to back car alarms and loud bursts of laughter from a gaggle of gals at 3am, but thats beyond control.
The hotel does a great job of correcting any issues such as any maintenance items or locking key card in room etc.

We recently stayed at this location in Lebanon, TN. We were so pleased. The value of this extended stay hotel is great. All the staff were really nice. It was a very secure place - you enter your room from the hallway.
You access entrance to the building with your room key. The room is simple but it was clean. The beds were nice. It was clean. The AC worked well. We were very pleased.

This is the cleanest nicest best most quietest motel / extended stay motel with a kitchenette I've ever stayed at. I travel for a living and I've never felt so secure leaving my items of value like I do here. The staff is thorough and we'll spoken the young lady on morning staff is knowledgeable and no nonsense. Spend your money wisely and stay here where is #1.

I have been to this hotel twice in the past year for work. Heather and Rebecca have always been accommodating and gave me the best deal possible. The rooms are always clean and bug free. The cleaning staff, maintenance, and night time desk guy were just as accommodating. It can get a little noisy on the front side of the hotel due to the highway so I requested a room on the other side not facing the highway. Problem solved. By comparison to others in the area this is a better option and will remain my go to if and when I return to Nashville.

We've been staying at WoodSpring Suites in Lebanon for 2 months now, the rooms are very clean and cozy, and apparently they are getting even better with upcoming renovations. The price is good for what you get, FULL SIZED fridge, microwave and a kitchenette. The staff has been very friendly. A great hotel can't be complete without exceptional customer service from Heather Wright which is the front desk receptionist I see everytime, she makes sure to inform you about everything important to you in a detailed and professional manner. Definitely will come back here.

Rebecca is amazing if you treat her with respect she will give you the same. Most people just stop and stay but she's going to let you know There are non refundable things here. If you have a dog keep your dog in check. She will work with you.

Bob the front desk guy was super accommodating, we arrived 3 hours early after being on the road all day and he managed to get housekeeping to finish the clean room by making the bed so we could get in early. The room had a full kitchenette complete with a full size refrigerator, microwave and stove. The room was super clean, really quiet and we were just down the hall from the laundry room. We look forward to staying here again when we are in the area.

My husband and I stayed at Woodspring Jan 15-March 6 because of his job. We were extremely pleased with the service and the overall experience. The staff is always helpful when you need something. Yes the rooms are a bit on the generic side but they are clean and have no odors, even on the smoking floor. I read a review about lack of safety. Not sure when that was written but I will say this, this hotel is the safest I have ever stayed in. The only outside accessible door for non guests goes to the office. Other than that, all other doors to the interior corridor must have a guest room key. No problems with rude guests or loud nights. The only odd thing that I noticed was the hotel main entrance to the office. When is g GPS, the park8ng lot entrance is actually the rear of the building and you must circle the building to check in. There is a parking lot and rear door on the opposite side as well. We will return if ever in Lebanon again. Look forward to it actually.

This hotel was easy to get to. I stayed here while visiting Nashville. The hotel was close to a few gas stations and places to eat. It was right off the main highway. I arrived to the hotel rather late and the front desk staff came right away to get me checked in. The front desk checked the room to make sure it was clean before giving me keys which was greatly appreciated. There was plenty of parking.

Rooms were really clean, but it was so cool to have the staff that was there. I was really confused about the office not always being open but I called the guy that was on call when we couldn't figure out the tv and he was already knocking on my door in the middle of my sentence complaining to to my husband about not having anyone at the desk after I hung up the phone. He was there almost immediately and it took him no time to fix it. And the lady at the desk with the red hair dropped everything she was doing on her computer to give me reccomendations on where to find food the doctors reccomended for before my husband's surgery. I can't remember their names but it was like staying in a family run hotel! We're from North Carolina and were just there for my husband's surgery so I don't think we'll be back, but it was so nice being somewhere where they actually ask and care why you're there! It really made me dealing with the anxiety of my husband's surgery a lot easier. :)

Spacious, clean, rooms, tons of storage, on-site laundry facility, safe & secure building with key-card entry, and best prices in the area. All of the staff is AMAZING! They are polite, friendly, and helpful. They have exceeded my expectations!

The place is clean and quiet. The service is excellent because I wiped my key card twice by mistake and they took care of it no worries. The first time it was after 10:00pm but when I called the guy came and took care of me. I'm very satisfied.
