General Sessions Court

In and out for traffic ticket. My lawyer Lloyd Tatum was awesome did great he set it for trial did trail right then and there. I haven't had a ticket in over 30 years wanted to keep my driving record clean. The whole thing lasted about 5 minutes. We won
the case!! Judge was awesome. He actually listened to my case. Very happy with the decision!

I went for a minor traffic violation. The judge was efficient and kind, as were all of the court employees. In fact, I was impressed by how courteous they were! I felt I was treated fairly, and saw fair treatment given to the others with tickets. I'm not sure why you would read a review of a court, but if it's because you're nervous and don't know what to expect like it was for me, hopefully these words give you some peace!

10/10 Would break the law here again. The court clerks are so kind and helpful. I must have called about a dozen times with dumb questions. They were very friendly and patient. The traffic judge was very efficient. Bam. Bam. Bam. Get outta here! Even the security guys are awesome people. The only thing that sucks about this place is you can't bring a phone, or a snack, or even a book to read! But you won't need it anyway - you'll be in and out in no time.

It’s never fun when ya gotta go here, but at least when you do, it’s clean, the bathrooms smell nice, and the elevators work good

Asst DA showed up after nearly a year to prepare for her case with NOTHING in Hand. She even had to Google statutes. Furthermore the Detective didn't even show up after being subpoenaed because quote "Hes on call". Apparently you don't have to show up when subpoenaed if your "On Call" in Madison county and behind a badge. And im sure they WILL collect court cost for months of proceedings even though their incompetence and being ill prepared caused the delays.

This is a great example of the joke we call our justice system. Prepare to have your 6th amendment taken from you if you attempt to plead your case. The judge is very biased, and uses logical fallacies to his advantage to railroad you, then move you along before you can attempt to finish. There are always two sides to a story, but not in this court.

I received a speeding violation was told I did not need to appear in court would receive something in the mail about the fine could contest or pay the fine, I received a order to suspended my license instead with a failure to appear I've spent days trying to get someone on the phone voice-mails are full and I still have no answers. I need help!!!

Nothing but a money racketeering scheme. They don't care if you have evidence in hand. They'd rather side with the person with no evidence and a false claim. They will violate your rights and demand you pay them to use your rights.

Everyone I came in contact with has an attitude . Another man got upset with the attitude another woman was giving him and made a big deal and I spoke up and agreed with him . They all need a reality check working with the public . I was just helping a family member with an issue there I had no business there . And I see how the lack of respect trickles from the positions there .👎🏻
