Dynamic Therapy Center

The folks at Dynamic Therapy Center are amazing. The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and our son loves to visit with his physical therapist. We started taking our son after he broke his leg and was having a hard time walking after his cast came off. We saw significant improvement almost immediately. My wife and I are so grateful for the work they are doing.

Love, love, love Dynamic Therapy Center. Its not about the building or the equipment, but the therapists that work with my Madelyn are worth their weight in gold. My daughter has been going there for almost 2 years. I believe parents are the ultimate key to success and the amazing staff there go above and beyond to work with your child and communicate information so that the therapy procedures can continue outside of the sessions.

I’m forever grateful for the incredible care and service my son receives from Dynamic. The staff is genuinely connected to him and every single person is kind and helpful. Their services have increased the quality of my son’s life so much. I’m so happy.

I've been taking my 7 year old here since about summer/fall of 2020. So far, I have loved all of his teachers, and they all express how much they adore him. He has made so much progress with this place. He went from not being able to be understood to using big words like "basically". I'm really proud of his progress. Also, they're there to help. After speaking with Karen (I'm sorry if I spelled it wrong), I feel that these people are just doing the best they can. I felt respected and valued, even though it may take a minute to meet our needs. You do need a bit of patience with them because they help so many kids, and that's where their focus is. The patience will pay off in time, and these people are worth it. Thank you.

My son has been going here since he was 4 months an is now 10 months . They are all super sweet and do an amazing job and have taught him how too crawl and a million another things !

I just started my son here but so far all of the ladies here have been extremely helpful and nice! And the level of care was ten times better than the last place we tried! Thanks so much guys

My 4yo loves going to dynamic therapy. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and he enjoys his therapist as well. Highly recommended

Our son went here for OT. We got a lot of unsolicited parenting advice, no treatment plan or goals, and then were told (after the fact) that their Telehealth approach during COVID was never going to work for our son.

They’re insisting we pay for all those visits despite the complete lack of care we received. I’ve called and emailed multiple times with no response other than one short email from the owner saying they weren’t going to accept anything less than the full balance.

This experience meant our son made zero progress under their guidance and we had to start from scratch with a new assessment and therapy with another provider. Our insurance covers none of this, so it’s all out of pocket for us. They seem to care far more about getting paid than about our son’s well-being.

My son used to go there until they decided to diagnose him with scabies before I ever took him to the doctor like they had suggested. I took him to the doctor the same day they asked me to he was diagnosed with chigger bites and I called and told them that. Then his daddy calls the next to say he won't be able to make it to his appointment cause it was his first day of school and their response was oh you talking about the kid with scabies their saying this after I had already told them it was bug bites. It was completely unprofessional and extremely upsetting to hear this news.

To just abruptly close without warning? I hope it’s for fraud and punishment is handed down swiftly.. So many families needed this service..
