Nice place to sit down, use wifi, and get a matcha no sugar with heavy whipping cream. Nice barrista asked me to download the app for a discount.

I really love this location. Coffee is great, my favorite is the traditional cappuccino and their seasonal pumpkin latte. Food is also good!
Service is very nice, everyone is so friendly.

By far one of the best coffee shops in town, not only because the coffee is perfectly roasted and super strong without being overwhelming. The Baristas always take extra care to ensure every drink is made to perfection. I feel like it's the "Cheers" of coffee shops, everyone is friendly, polite and I am a forever fan!

Great alternative to the big players while you're waiting for your train.

Located on the river walk this location is very close to both Metra and Amtrak stations. The coffee is even better than Starbucks. I think the prices are about the same.

I go to this Peet's every weekday and get a large light roast because that's their best roast and I genuinely look forward to drinking it and it's the happiest part of my 8 o'clock hour. About half the staff is super friendly and the rest are just there to serve people coffee and I can respect that.

We were sixth in line when we walked in. Within 5 minutes the staff had helped everyone before us, took our order, and got us our coffee. We just had plain so it didn't require anything new to be made but I was very impressed with how quickly the whole process went.

I spent 5 hours here recently and I was a great place to work. There are not a lot of tables but there seems to be enough for those who wanted them. Great drinks, friendly and fast baristas, clean restroom

They have almond milk as an option versus starbucks that doesn't as of this review. It's nice.

EDIT: Starbucks does have almond milk now. I still like Peets more for hot coffee though.

Fantastic location right on the river. Underused location one of the very few loop coffee shops with seating overlooking the river

I work in the same building and it's the best place for my daily caffeine dose. The coconut coffee is refreshing.
