Awesome customer service. One of the best car washes in the area. Their app is easy to use. You can pay directly through the app or join the wash club. I’m a member and it’s not terribly priced either. 10 washes a month. Pricing depends on the wash tier you choose. 10 washes a month, definitely worth the price if you use them all. Can’t really beat it. Both locations are awesome. I frequent this one more since I live closer to it.

1000% Best customer service. I went through the automated wash on a particularly cold day, and the machine froze up, leaving soon to be frozen soap on half of my vehicle. When I got to work, I left an email about the issue, and before lunch, I received a response email, a phone call, and 2 complementary washes. In my book, customer service outweighs service in this new economy. 10/10 would recommend this business.

Great car wash does a great job cleaning my car like it's open 24 hours a day don't have yo have a sticker to get in and it is locally own that's awesome

This is the type of self service car wash we need back in Massachusetts. Very clean, all equipment worked, even warm water for scurbbin the bug juice off my ride. The only suggestion that would put this place for me anyway would to be to have a trash barrel in the wash area. Not really an issue as you can just walk over to the vacuum area an throw your trash there, I'm just lazy...lol 😆

We're a club member and switched over last May from "the other guys" and we have been extremely satisfied with not only the wash, but also the service. For what is considered an unmanned location they are there all the time taking care of their customers and their investment. Twice I have called into the service number to switch devices and each time the owners have went above and beyond to take care of our issues with amazing speed. Thank you!

Mr. John was very kind. He wiped down my windows and even cleaned hand prints off of one of my windows. We always have a good experience at this car wash.

We always use Soak-N-Suds on Ash Street in Piqua Oh and couldn’t be happier with the results! It’s a no touch automatic car was with very powerful jets.

I have free car washes in Troy were I purchased my car but Soak-N-Suds Piqua is were I will always go.This is the type of business/community member I will be using for every car wash,detail,vacuum on all of our families vehicles. Love this car 🚗 wash. So easy to use. Even better with their APP. This is located next to Murphy Gas ⛽ Station where you can fill your tank and also buy a car 🚗 wash at the pump. Then you go next door to the 🚗 wash and enter your code. Easy as that.

In my opinion this is the only safe touch-less car wash in the city of Piqua. On multiple occasions my wife and I brought our vehicles here for a good clean and a Vac. Thank you for the amazing service you always provide!

The best car wash in piqua. Been coming here for years and that won't ever changer. I have spoken to the owner many times and he is a super nice guy and takes care of his customers.

Excellent car wash. Of all the automatic carwashes I've used, this is the only one that got my rims and tires completely clean.
