Took my girls today to build gingerbread houses and it was our first time. The greeter was super friendly gave my girls some freshly popped popcorn that they loved. Then the girls and I walked around not sure where to go. I asked another associate, Bob P. I believe is what his apron said where to go. He was a great guide and got us all signed in and then even showed us some other projects from the past. My girls had a great time and every was just so nice that we will be back for the next project

I went and got some interior paint on a busy Saturday and the paint associates were very friendly, fast & helpful at this store! Was in and out within 15 minutes including buying the extras and checking out.

Clean store, friendly staff, well stocked shelves. This is our favorite location!

Since we built our house in 2000, we have made most large purchases (carpet, appliances, cabinets, countertops, sinks) through this Home Depot. I am always impressed by their customer service and how they handle any difficulties with deliveries or installation or wrong products sent by a third party. Recently we bought a frig, and the first person who delivered refused to take the frig down one flight of stairs and just drove away without even bringing the frig inside..he was contracted by Home Depot to deliver and do up to 2 flights of stairs. When I contacted Home Depot, both at the local Piqua store and through a delivery text chat, the manager and associate were very helpful and got a different delivery outfit to deliver within the week. The original delivery guy lied and said our bannister was in the way, but Home Depot believed our measurements and what we said. The next delivery was smooth and easy, no bannister removal needed! Home Depot really listens to it's customers and has positively resolved every issue we have had (just 3) in more than 20 years. Excellent customer service! So rare in big companies these days!

Thankful we have a homedepot in town. My boyfriend being a full time maintenance worker, he is constantly in and out of homedepot. The time to check out is usually always quick and Hassel free. Staff doesn't Hassel us but are around if we need help with anything.

I was shocked when I came in there. The workers never ran away & was so willing to help & very nice . They even took you to what you were looking. I will go out of my way to come back. Thank you for all your hard work.

Great customer service! Girl working the contractors checkout looked up some items and gave me aisle #s. I had 2 workers on the floor offer help also. Everything I needed was in stock and competitively priced.

Love this store, but always end up with more than I planned on getting. They have an excellent variety of flowers and veggie plants.

Went to Home Depot on Sunday November 13th. The nice lady in the tool department goes above and beyond. She helped me back this summer look for some drill bits. I was there before / around noon and bought some Milwaukee tools out of the front of the store. I didn't catch her name but whoever she is give her a raise she deserves it.

WOW!!! I’ve never been so impressed with a delivery team. I’m not one to leave reviews but this review was well earned!!! They had my washer in my house, hooked up and running in 5 minutes max. They even saw a small hole in my dryer vent hose (not bought at Home Depot) and FIXED IT FOR FREE! This delivery team was the quickest, most hardworking and polite individuals I’ve met.

Ben from the pro desk was very helpful and kind. Drove around to get an impact wrench gun said they had 4 in stock but didn’t have that in stock when I got there. Looked and looked around could not find it. So he upgraded it for us to make it right at the cost of the original gun because of all the travel. That is customer service and great business ethics. I don’t get to stop here often as there isn’t one very close to where I live. They always have a really good plant selection. I’ve found tropicals, succulents, and other great plants here. They seem to be taken care of fairly well for box store plants. Prices for the plants are fair.

I've never really like going to Home Depot. I've always been a Lowes person. The one time I actually needed assistance. I couldn't get it. So I left and reluctantly went to Home Depot. The lady in the electrical isle asked me right away if I needed help. I told her what I need, she said she didn't know the answer, but knows someone who will. She got the electrical guy who answered my question and I purchased the items needed.

I'm now going to start going to Home Depot.

Bought a new microwave here, didn't fit with the door swing. So I returned it for a different one that fit. The woman from appliance went out of her way to make sure one would work for me before I even got back there. Great service from customer service to when I left. This is the 4th appliance purchase here in the last year. This is why iam a return customer. Thanks.

Bought bags of rocks / gravel, asked about flowers to place outside and the employees were kind and helpful. She took her time to walk and talk me thru all the different flowers and which ones would be best to come back every year. I love coming here

Nice store with employees that are always asking you if you need help. When you do ask for help, they go above and beyond to do so. We really enjoy shopping here. Keep up the good work 👍👍
