We loved this place. The use of foot scanning to analyze my feet and gait and then explaining the results and suggesting the right shoes and being patient while we try each and everyone of the shoes. It was all good and highly recommend.

Staff are amazing, highly recommend this place to any level of runner... I'm chubby and getting back in to running. They treated me like I'm Cameron Haines. Superb level of professionalism.

Great spot for running gear, especially shoes. It's nice to get detailed measurements of your foot and receive custom recommendations based on that. No pressure to go with pricier options, just whatever feels best and suits your needs. Have gone back several times. Can't recommend more.

I was interested in having a gait analysis performed and called the store to check if they weren't too busy. I was greeted when I arrived and got excellent service. I don't know a lot about running shoes, and I got a really great explanation about the types of stability shoes available. It turned out my salesman was the owner, Michael. He was great and helped me try out several different shoes. I really enjoyed my time in the store and when I am ready to buy, their 60 day return policy makes it easier for me to feel confident that if the shoe doesn't work for me that I can return or exchange without problem. I highly recommend this store.

Their outfitting process recommended me my favorite runners ever and my body is so happy (finally). Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Used anatomy terms I sure as hell didn't know. Easy process. Can't say enough good things.

David was very helpful and made the experience of getting new shoes really enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, listened to what I had to say and was very friendly. He was happy to recommend products based on his own personal experiences, but I never felt like he was pressuring me into buying something or being condescending (which I think can often happen at sports shops). Also when I first walked in I was greeted immediately in a very friendly manner, overall the process was very comfortable (both the atmosphere in the shop and the shoes!) and really great. Also, the 3d imaging of my feet was really interesting and David was able to explain everything I asked about.

I had my feet scanned and found out that I have a high arch and in step. I didn't even think my feet hurt an unusual amount before but I can never go back to regular addidas/nike now! Seriously if you need shoes for running/work this store is the best option!

I tried to strike out on my own after loving Fleet Feet in the past - I lusted for a beautiful flood colorway direct from my usual brand at a seasonal discount. After a few months, I brought my new shoes and insoles to Fleet Feet to see if I could rule them out as the source of small but nagging issues with my achilles, extensors, and blisters.
Jury still out on the exact cause, but the person who helped me quickly identified that my shoes were a half size smaller than they should be! I confirmed when I went home - my older pair was the correct, larger size.
I’m so super grateful for the patient and thorough assessment that got me into shoes that are right for me, along with education around options for injury prevention and next steps if I do end up with ongoing issues.
Running is a huge joy in my life and I’m so grateful for somewhere to go for a really good, professional consult.

With online shopping so convenient, I need a compelling reason to shop in-store. A visit to Fleet Feet is a must for anyone wanting recommendations based on the anatomy of your foot and intended use. They have a device that takes detailed measurements of your foot, and they email you the results, which is an added value I appreciate. The person helping me was knowledgeable and patient, and I absolutely love the running shoe they helped me pick out. I'll be back in about 400 miles when it's time for my next pair!

Great store - super friendly and helpful staff. They knew what they were talking about, took their time to find the right shoe and never felt rushed! Thankful we have a store like this in Portland!
