Please consider my analogy but in my third visit to this location I got the impression this is a symphony orchestra. All its elements enjoying their instruments, professionally trained, and following the rhythm of the music sheet with passion. Definitely an invitation to come back!! —From the open smile of the concierge mirroring the floors to the to the friendly management, who reminded me very softly to please take my car back to him for any future problems. So many names involved just to satisfy my needs…got me overwhelmed. While leaving, I got a surprise gift from Ray: two license plates frames and a black hat with a Mercedes logo on the side. My favorite!!! Thank you guys. The art of working with the customers feelings and offering a quality workmanship it will permanently doble the production.

Went to get help with a broken rear window. Someone broke into our car in live oak. Called these guys, and they patched up the window for free. Awesome customer service. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be getting my car serviced here!

We bought a new GLB there Monday. Great experience. The whole process was smooth and calm. Jimmy, our salesman, was patient and answered all our questions. Trevor Anderson the finance manager was great!!
