Gillman Subaru San Antonio Parts Department

Ordered easily online. Nice Subaru site to locate the part I needed. Placed the order and item was quickly shipped. The local Subaru dealer in Corpus Christi where I first tried to order my part, has numerously proved horrible service process and customer service is zero. I will drive from Corpus to San Antonio for my future service maintenance.

I'm from Eagle Pass and couldn't find anything reasonable and was shopping for a great price and a great car like anyone else would and I heard this was a good place to shop and tried it out. I got to test drive and very though I bought used my car feels and looks new. I ran into a young man Ernesto Sanchez and he was a nice guy and seemed to do what he could to help me and look for what I really wanted I did take my time but he was patient with me and I got a great deal and bought my car on April 23rd and been loving it very since. Will recommend him and Gillman Subaru to my friends and family.

5 stars for Al Stevens, car salesman at this location. Excellent service, but he goes Above&Beyond when after months of getting our SUV if we still have any questions we just text him and he replies promptly getting us in the right direction to anything Subaru related.

I Order parts online to be shipped to me and then changed it to in store pick up over the phone…they refunded me the money for shipping and got me squared away with some ATF and oil filter as well…good service all around!

Great staff, but overpriced parts and service.

It's a flip of a coin whether you will be quickly helped or if you will have to wait for someone to show up to the parts desk. Preorder? Have someone call for someone? You will still wait a long time while everyone else is happy to help with all the other departments.

On November 5th of 2019 took my Subaru Outback for 18 K complementary service and they charged for it, mentioned that all ready y had my 4 Th free service ,mentioned that other Dealer(San Pedro, San Antonio) made a mistake in the paper work.
