GREAT COMPANY!!

The worst broker that we have dealt with so far. They said they would do quick pay as they weren't going to be accepted by our factoring company. Which was a lie as it turns out they don't do quick pay. Finally get an attachment of the ACH payment that is going to be sent to us so we think it is all good. We were wrong as they didn't enter our bank information properly. So they "fixed" it and still didn't work. They "sent" it two more times and still didn't work. It seems they just straight bs the ACH sheet they send for payment. So a total of 4 times now that they tried sending a payment. We still haven't gotten paid. This company is awful and I don't know how they have government contracts. I would not take a load from this company ever again.

In 3 months of fighting i was never able to reach anyone in accounting or dispatch even after leaving a hundred messages. They will not answer the phone or return a call. Only after calling the number listed at fmcsa insurance site did i reach anyone. And he claims he's "just a driver". And it's not his problem that they can't afford to pay...

And flat out lied twice about sending payment via ach.

We also got scammed by them. They did to us the same thing as they did to some of you commenting here. Never paid and then sent a fake ACH and everything else. Apparently they are filing for bankruptcy now, so I guess we'll have to take the hit for this one because only God knows how many people they owe money.
I just don't understand how the military kept giving them freight when not even the factoring companies would deal with them. Anyway, live to learn they say. I learned my lesson: check MC #, credit ratings, and Google!

We did a load for them on 1/28/2020 and are still waiting to get paid. It was a military load and we were told they offered quick pay. No one answers the phone anymore and broker says I have to contact billing.

This company is the worst scam in Texas history. They won't pick up their phones, They won't pay you, just simple thieves! I have file a Lawsuit against them, I would Encourage everyone whom they have scammed to do the same thing. Let the Law garnish their accounts and put the Hammer of justice on this Shetty People heads!

NOT AUTHORIZED BROKER ( check their mc at Safer ) DON’T BOOK LOAD WITH THEM SCAM !! Booked load with no factoring accepted them but Sarah Meadow promised to quick-pay ! Went to deliver with false Appt.No !! Since then tried to call and email with no answers at all .. must be Scam !!
Will wait little bit before law suit them and go further procedures!

Beware of this company, have not been paid. Refused to answer phone, finally reached someone by email and just got lie after lie. Finally went to file on their bond and just found out that have none. STAY AWAY from this company

Booked a load with these guys and ended up getting paid less than what we were owed. Just about as shady and dishonest as I’ve come across. We’ll never do business with them again and hopefully someone will read this and not get taken.

Unprofessional company. driver got stuck at the delivery for 3 full days they never make no appointment and they Deducated $200 from the rate

180 DAYS still they didnt pay us. I did Army load for them, i dont understand how the US Army works with this company

truck got stock for 3 full days at the delivery point,broker never scheduled and or confirmed the delivery appointment ,we were promised to be compensated for the time spent ,broker stopped answering the phone calls or emails,deal with Rebecca Pugh.Please STAY AWAY dishonest and absolutely unprofessional company.

They will not pay for the loads. Check with their insurance before you book a load with them.
