I-40 WEST Rest Area

Plenty of parking for cars and semi-trucks, open space to walk a dog. Changing counters for babies in both restrooms, and it's clean.

But for all you summertime travelers... It's nice and cool inside!

Genuinely one of the best rest stops I have been to. Everything was clear, clean, and tidy. The attendants were nice and welcoming. There is plenty of space to take a walk for the family and kids. They also had a good amount of activities for everyone. PET FRIENDLY 💜

Very nice rest area at mm 73. Vending machines. Well shaded picnic tables. Restrooms (I didn't go in) nice area for big rigs and RVs.

This rest area off interstate 40 features clean bathrooms, picnic tables, a pet area (Bring your own poop pick up bags) and vending machines in a separate outbuilding. There are also regional maps and some tourist information available. Each ladies bathroom stall contained a small Christian pamphlet which I found rather amusing but I chose not to get saved lol . I don’t know if the broken payphone is just an artifact from the past or if it will be repaired. Planters with spring flowers are definitely a nice touch.

Great rest stop, very clean, and plenty of info to keep you entertained while resting.

Nice, clean restrooms, good truck parking

Definitely was a nice change of pace from being on the road all day. And that was nice and clean with maps and a place you can walk around. Place you can walk your dog or cat. Haha. I would recommend if you're sitting in your car for hours and hours I just go ahead and pull over in this rest area and walk around and then get back in your car and you're much better

Very clean and tidy place attendant always busy cleaning or picking up way to go Tennessee on3 or th3 better rest stops here definitely need more places to hand some signs up like this one it's a sink not a shower or bath tub go to a truck stop and get a shower

Nice and clean rest rooms. Easy on and off I-40

What a lovely rest area. Great place to stop just for a short rest, walk, lots of space to walk around walk with your dog. Lots of tables and grills for barbecue. You can also find some information about state here. I stopped here overnight with my semi truck and I felt very safe and comfortable. This facility is very clean and very well maintained a. So definitely deserves 5 stars. Saving this place to one of my favorites where I can stop and rest

Clean restrooms excellent location, safety officer on site, plenty of parking space. Easy to navigate!

Very clean, wide open spaces, great place to relax, they have a room with brochures and travel guides for each region of the state and has an Interactive science space, one of my favorite rest stops

It has a nice walking trail. Get a walk in while on a 900 mile drive.
