The Residences at Rayzor Ranch

The greatest thing about staying here is the people! In so many ways these two lovely women sitting down have helped me and my roommates get comfortable in our home and offer any and everything that we need. The home is amazing, the neighborhood is great. but the people working are even better!

It has been an amazing experience living here at the Residences at Rayzor Ranch. The house is amazingly spacious, neighborhood is a great balance of college students and families, & maintenance has been very easy to call. My favorite part is the front office management, they are very patient and gracious, and do a wonderful job of meeting our individual needs with a smile on their face. Major shoutout to Melissa!

I have lived here since august and have had no issues. All of the ladies at the front office are incredibly nice and helpful- even the maintenance men we have had come out have been so nice. The complex is right next to UNT’s Discovery Park which is the engineering campus. Many of the residents that live here are students and the majority of them are Indian. Even though they have a different life style, they are all very respectful. These bad reviews are racist. We love living here and don’t plan on leaving any time soon.

Melissa made me feel welcome at the community. She was patient and answered all of my questions. The community is beautiful and was in a great location. Looking forward to my family moving here!

Whitney did such a great job getting us into our apartment we wanted and has been very welcoming and helpful! Love the location being right across from the lake and near everything with Walmart and wingstop practically in the back yard and the road right in front of the house is not loud even though I thought it would be. But amazing place overall

Melissa was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the property! She greeted me with a smile, and I loved the property and how clean and modern it was

Really enjoy living here, Whitney, and Mic are the real MVPs, the whole Management team is, they’re very understanding and considerate.

Great location, right next to shopping, restaurants, banks and everything you need, within 5 minutes driving range to TWU and UNT.

One star until they paint stripes in the spots on the side of townhomes. Im tired of having to park two streets down cause people can’t park.
Update they have painted spots finally. Now my truck barely fits in the lines and if they are full I have to park on the line in order to open my door past a quarter. Also started allegedly fining people for not bringing in their trash cans so that’s good. Still can’t fully recommend this place as the odds your neighbors in a three bedroom will be 7 dudes is greater than 1/2.

Update 3/25:
THIS IS NOT LUXURY.

I’ve been really patient but we’re starting to get concerned for our safety. The students that live here are disgusting. I can’t find another word for it. They steal shopping carts, leave them in the street (which has almost hit my car multiple times) they leave their garages up all night (and they are filthy) full of cigarette butts, shoes (that end up in the street) and trash that also ends up on the street. They are so loud late at night and they SIT ON OUR LAWNS AND DOORSTEPS AND TALK ON THE PHONE ALL NIGHT SCREAMING. THERE DOORS ARE OPENED AND DOGS AND ANIMALS RUN AROUND UNLEASHED. They fight in the alley ways or scream and yell in the alley ways late at night. It’s so ABSURDLY rude and distasteful. I can’t imagine how the office can’t see the reviews and not ENFORCE SOMETHING. I can’t even get ahold of them! They don’t answer the phone, emails go unanswered (minus Melissa). PLEASE HELP US, ENFORCE GUIDELINES DO SOMETHING. If this doesn’t resolve before our lease ends, I’m out of here-and it’s a shame because this place had so much potential.

Update 10/23:

There’s something needs to be done about the way community guidelines are enforced here. For lack of a better word, the people here are super inconsiderate. There are a few of us here doing the right thing and living respectfully but these younger kids/other people are literally in the alleyway at 12 at night playing cricket, stealing shopping carts and bringing them here because they walk on foot everywhere, walking around from 11-3 am on the phone LOUD and even sitting on YOUR OWN DOORSTEP LATE AT NIGHT ON THE PHONE. The garages are all open, 100’s of shoes everywhere, doors open, animals running in and out of homes..it’s not what I thought it would be.

WE NEED THE OFFICE TO STAND UP AND ENFORCE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES AND SET THE STANDARDS. This is ridiculous. The office needs to do something!!!!

Lived here for a bit and the change in atmosphere has been interesting. There’s always groups people soliciting outside, leaving door open, letting loose dogs run in and out. Although the place is nice, the lack of enforcement in the overall community guidelines makes place feel “not luxurious”.
