I have been going to Cascade for a few years now and can attest to how exceptional Dr Foltz is. She really has an “eye” aesthetically and does a fantastic job achieving balance and symmetry in her work. Kristin is also amazing and makes me feel super comfortable (and gorgeous) every time! 10/10 recommend. PS the VIP package is totally worth it

At 46 years old I decided it was time to give my skin a little love and attention. I am fairly new at cosmetic Botox and have had a few treatments over the past few years at various locations but haven’t been consistent. My experience with Cascade Family Medicine Aesthetics has been hands down the best. Dr Foltz-Cook and Kristen took their time to give a thorough consultation and answer any questions that I had. The procedure was relatively pain-free (especially compared to others I have had) and I am very happy with the results! No more elevens between my brows!! I was so impressed with the practice that I booked an IPL facial treatment as well!

I recently had a Tetra lazer treatment from Dr. Foltz-Cook, she and her staff are amazing. They made me feel so comfortable as I was nervous. She and her assistant Kristen gave me great aftercare instructions , she even called to check on me afterwards.I also have received botox injections from her as I get migraines from reading, the injections have been life changing.I highly recommend Dr. Foltz-Cook.

Doctor Sherilyn Foltz and her medical team are amazing! I always feel comfortable when going in for a treatment. Doctor Foltz and Staff are knowledgeable and professional. I’ve visited many injectors in Vancouver Washington and have yet to find anyone who provides a similar experience and better results than Cascade Family Medicine. Top quality experience, especially for a first timer! Had a microneedling procedure done, and the staff was so knowledgeable and accommodating. The results are beyond my expectations! I highly recommend them if your looking for a professional and pleasing experience! Definitely will be back!

I've seen Kristin for 3 laser hair removal sessions so far, and she has been AMAZING. Professional yet personable, and very thorough and knowledgeable. I'm shy about my body, and she makes me feel comfortable and respected. I suffer from super itchy legs from ingrown hairs after shaving, and after just a couple sessions, that is GONE and I am so relieved! I highly recommend Kristin's services for those who, like me, want to ditch the irritating razor and love their legs.

After the laser at my normal hair removal place was unexpectedly shipped out for maintenance, and I called Kristin with fingers crossed that she could see me and stay aligned with my treatment schedule. She was extremely empathetic and was able to work me in her appointment book. The laser she used hurt much less than my other laser treatments, due to the larger head and suction feeling. Kristin's chair-side manner was extremely pleasant and professional. Thanks to the terrific experience, I've decided to switch entirely to Cascade Aesthetics & Aviation. Thanks Kristin, see ya soon!

My experience at Cascade Family Medicine exceeded my expectations. They have very welcoming and comforting atmosphere. Every single person I have encountered was super friendly and very accommodating. Dr. Sherilyn is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and passionate about her work. Also, she has great sense of humor that puts things at ease. I can't praise this place enough and would highly recommend it to anyone whose looking for a great doctor.

Dr. L Foltz has been my FAA medical and my PCP for many many years. Even moving 30 miles away I keep going to him. He and his staff are always friendly and accommodating. Dr. Foltz himself is extremely personable and never rushed. He addresses concerns or issues that come up quickly and efficiently. It is a wonderful family experience that makes you feel like your in small town (think Hallmark movie) with a well respected and beloved Doctor and staff you can count on.

Some of the best medical staff you will see. They really care about your experience and personal health. I'm the type of person that likes to go to the Dr. like once every 5+ years if I had a choice. But I feel comfortable here, and like my visits. They care how you feel, and get what you need to feel better. Now my son goes here(6 months old) and I have recommended it to all my friends and family in the area.

This is the best PC in Vancouver. My family of 4 (including children) go to this clinic and love the way we are treated from walking in the door to care provided. These people are amazing to work with and I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars!!

I could’ve happier. The entire staff are all so friendly and accommodating. My favorite go-to gal in the office is Christen. Her expertise in the field of esthetic medicine is excellent and she has personally guided me through specific choices for personalized results just for me.
They also have monthly specials on their Facebook page and fabulous prices on Botox.
They are a very busy office and I’m usually more than glad to wait a week or two to get into see Dr. Cook. But I couldn’t recommend her or this office more highly. Extremely professional but yet with a tender heart. Five stars is not enough for this extremely well run and professional aesthetic medicine office.

Left work with what turned out to be The Flu. As a transplant I wasn’t exactly sure where to go for good treatment. Cascade is close to where we live. Lucky me! They took me in without appointment and Dr Folz promptly saw and discussed with me my options. Professional staff and warm atmosphere.
