Really good ambiance, helpful staff, and good selection for all types of instruments. Felt supported in finding a new guitar, super accommodating with payment and shipping. Ryan was incredibly helpful and personable and made the process really easy. Also the cafe was fantastic! I'd highly recommend this spot to musicians of all levels, super grateful for everyone here.

I've been taking voice lessons here. Both Rebekah and Emily are kind people and good instructors, with different skills and talents to offer. All of the employees here that I've met are patient and friendly, willing to help out and answer any questions you have. Beacock is probably your best bet in the Vancouver area if you want to buy some music-related equipment. I bought the Encanto piano songbook here and it was sold at a pretty good price.

I love this place. They have demo instruments for you to try, and you can ask to try any other instrument on the shelves.

Such a great store with even better staff. Was looking for a guitar amp. After a steady stream of online demos, I went to the store to hear for myself. Jesus was amazing in helping me try them out for myself and they was nothing like the online demos. So happy to hear/play it in person! (I ended up with a Katana 100 BTW)

Excellent Customer Service! Riley went above and beyond helping me with my Ukulele. If you need help with anything that involves an instrument or music you have to go to Beacock Music . I tell everyone about this hidden gem in Vancouver Washington.

We've been in the Albany location several times and have always been impressed with their inventory. We just took a bari sax in for a very quick repair. Communication was great and the repair tech, Ruston, was so kind. We are happy with our overall experience. Also, I love their support of local band students and programs.

Long story short. This place is awesome! They helped us rent, then replace (after letting us pay backdated insurance) my daughter cello! The staff was super helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

I was in to checkout the selection of trombone mouthpieces that were offered. Irvin was great at helping me tryout mouthpieces and was very friendly along with the gentleman that worked at the computer stand in the brass section. I was also very fond of the barista,, overall really good store and very friendly staff, hope to be there again soon!!!💯💯❤

Beacock Music has been around for a while, and I've purchased several guitars and accessories from them. All have been great quality, and a fair price. I've also had work done on my guitar and they know how to handle and upgrade/fix instruments. I love it there! They branch and drive into schools all around the area (even into Sandy) and they're really nice! Offers plans for you so you're able to still get an instrument that you're looking for. The place is super huge and the people are super nice. I love the fact that they offer lessons on the upstairs floor and they have tons of music and instruments! Love the café inside the store!! There's a section with specific cleaning supplies and it has practice rooms. I'm planning on coming back sometime soon and I know I'm not going to be disappointed!!!

I love this place. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I’ve bought a ukulele here and a guitar, plus an amp. Had a great experience and help with both. I’ve been taking lessons from Tyson for almost a year now. He is an amazing teacher!! I highly recommend this place.

I brought my B&S Trumpet here for a silver plating repair and Ultrasonic cleaning. Fast forward three days and I am back to pick up my horn. I inspect the work and am quite pleased with the end result. They replaced necessary pads for my valves and water key and ensured my horn left in great condition. They also honored a 10% military discount off their work after they checked with the general manager and I presented I.D. I drove from Oregon to come here because I believe their quality of work and services offered to be far superior to other local options in my area. Thank you Beacock music for a job well done.

To have a place like this in this part of town is a godsend! We purchased a piano here because we wanted local support. They delivered and set it up at home. All the staff I've encountered KNOW music and some of them play multiple instruments which is very helpful when I don't play, but want to and unsure of what I'm looking for. As far as quantity, there seems to be no end whether it's strings, brass, percussion, etc. I've been over several times now shopping guitars and they helped me pick out a few and set me up in their private lesson studio so i could session each in private for as long as i needed with absolutely no pressure to buy. There's also a little coffee shop in the back and a place to sit which I think is a nice touch to the whole experience. If you're in the market for musical instrument, don't cross the river until you check out Beacock!

I love Beacock Music! Even if your not planning to buy anything, it is so fun to walk around and you can play the instruments like drums. The best part is $1.50 kazoos!
