Really great response and service! Called for an emergency flood in my house, they had a crew free and sent right over! Crew was extremely professional and even educated us on how to prevent this from happening again. Really great team and will absolutely be using them in the future and recommending!

Mai Plumbing has the kind of great customer service you rarely see these days. Big jobs (a service line/pipe in the front yard) or small (a broken spigot), they are courteous, professional, prompt, and reasonable. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

Clayton of Mai Plumbing was extremely helpful over the phone to walk me through what work was going to be needed to be done in order to replace my water heater and fix a small gas leak. His estimate was very close to the actual price and was way less than other plumber companies I called.

Dave (the plumber) was extremely professional and did an excellent job informing me of the things he was doing.

Mai has now come out to my property twice and both times the level of craftsmanship and professionalism has been top notch.

Jeremy & Matthew helped repair one of my busted pipes after the storm. They were quick, efficient, and did an excellent job! They even went around and checked every faucet in my house to make sure they were all working properly. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

I never write reviews. Hot water heater repair was fast & reasonably priced. Did not try to “upsell” us to a new unit. Had a minor unrelated issue a month later, and a plumber talked me thru that on phone in 5 minutes and it was fixed at no charge.

I called Mai Plumbing about an issue and was extremely impressed at their customer service. They aren’t able to get to my place for a couple of days but in the meantime, the gentleman offered to walk me through steps to mitigate my leak until they can get here. I have had them 3 times. My water heater (they were actually below their estimate). They hooked up my fridge when the prior plumbing company said it was impossible and on top of all that the plumbers are excellent honest and frankly friendly. Both of the named times going so far as to walk me through basic repairs. A truly professional and excellent company.

We had a great experience with this shop. Before finding these guys, we used a different plumber who couldn't solve the problem. It took Carlos and Billy about 5 minutes to pinpoint the issue and resolve it. Their website says plumbing with "integrity." I'd say that's spot on. Would recommend.

Moises and Math just came out to my house and fixed all of the issues. They replaced our kitchen faucet and fixed the drains in our bathroom sinks. They were so kind and helped me understand what was wrong and what they were fixing. I will definitely hire them in the future

The original plumber I called quoted me at $2,850 for a repair job that Mai was able to do for $200. Mai showed up within hours of when I called and had the job done in about half an hour. Highly recommend!

Moses and Jonathan arrived on time and did a great job installing a toilet as well as unclogging a drain in another area of the house.

despite me not being there when they arrived, and leaving before they handed me the invoice, and also getting blue on them because i didnt know that toilet tabs are bad for toilets, i got top notch service from these guys really professional, let us know about an hvac problem and recommended a great hvac person who came over did the procedure and left with no runaround. they had parts on hand they needed to replace and they came all the way out to carrollton
