Victor Guerrero, MD

My experience with Dr. Guerrero was the best experience I've had with a doctor. He was very friendly, listened to my concerns, and asked me a ton of questions about my medical and family history. He told me what all my next steps were, explained to me what we were doing and why, and then had all my follow up appointments either scheduled or referrals submitted in the same day. I received all my test results by the next day and his office contacted me to schedule a follow up with him a day later. In both my in person and virtual appointments he was very thorough. There wasn't a time that I didn't understand what we were doing because he explained everything so well! I truly appreciate his thoroughness and the efficiency. Would also love to point out that every person I encountered over a 3 day span of appointments was extremely kind and courteous. Like I said, best experience I've ever had with a doctor or facility.

Doctor Guerrero has a very kindhearted. disposition .He is extremely knowledgeable as well as listens intently. His warm smile makes anyone feel at ease and know that he truly cares about all his patients that are still blessed to see him!☺
His staff also a very caring indeed!

Dr. Guerrero has been my primary care physician for nearly 2 years and he is fantastic! He thoroughly reviews my labs with me, suggests next steps and follows up with me on my appointments. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous and has a holistic approach caring for me, my heart and my head. I would highly recommend him as a primary care physician!

My Primary Care Physician retired unexpectedly. I am a nurse and very particular about my doctor. It took a year, but I finally found Dr. Guerrero at Baylor Scott and White in Buda. Best Primary Care Physician ever. He listens, responds and gets things under control or resolved. He makes sure you are up to date on vaccinations, tests and appropriate preventions. Also refers to appropriate specialists. Extremely proactive which is very comforting at my age. On the star count of 1 to 5 with 5 being best, Dr Victor Guerrero is a solid 10!

Very disappointed in the service on the phone. I called to see if they had any appointments open and they have to get everything from me, including my date of birth and everything before they could even tell me if there’s an opening and then I asked her why did she have to do that? She says well you can just go online if you want to, get it there very rude

Rude, arrogant and demeaning. Look elsewhere if you have serious medical issues.
