Had part I needed and was able to pick up 22 miles closer to home when part was pulled and ready.

Great experience 100%, I never heard of this place. I'm glad I found it on line, I saved $800 on an axle. The office staff was very helpful. Sorry, I didn't get their names. I was very impressed by the manager at the New Braunfuls location when I picked up the axle, he went out of his way to help at the counter and even driving the forklift to load the axle in my truck. I won't go anywhere else.

Used them for parts a few times. Got a bad part from them and the time it took to get it replaced was a hassle... but because they are so nice and easy to work with I am still giving them 5 stars. The office people are very nice and friendly.

Upon arrival to pick up part purchased online, the first tail lamp given to me was cracked but the young man was great at getting it replaced for an undamaged one in 20 minutes! Quick and respectful.
Although personnel answering phones could be more professional.

I’ve gone here and picked up some parts for 2012 Tahoe console, Seats ,hubassembly, we’re very helpful in helping me out with how much warranty I had and quality of products parts definitely front desk customer service is bombarded with a lot of phone calls so there is in between communication definitely doing great multitasking overall happy with doing business here.

I have such a good experience doing business with LKQ. I speak to Sepriana and its always a pleasure speaking to her she’s very professional and has outstanding customer service! My uncle has his own business for mobile mechanic lol I don’t know to much about parts when it comes to vehicles, but Sepriana never fails to help me get what I need! My experience was beyond great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I went there looking for a side mirror for my old Altima and didn't wanted to spent tons of money since my car is old. A friend recommended this place and I went there with no expectations. It turns out I ended up finding a similar intact side mirror. Jay who works there walked me through the entire place since I was pretty new to the process and was a little lost. Since I had no tools he also helped me get the parts out of the old cars and installed it on my Altima. I highly recommend this place.

First, I almost never write reviews. But I was quite impressed with the LKQ service person who handled my circumstance in New Braunfels Texas; unfortunately I don't have her name. I had purchased a Transmission and Turbocharger. LKQ shipped it to the VW dealer. We had some family situations that changed and could not move forward with the work just now. LKQ immediately sent a truck to pick up the parts without any question and refunded my money. I couldn't have been more pleased. I will absolutely do business with LKQ going forward. I better about purchasing a used part knowing they will be helpful like this. Just excellent customer service. 5 Stars for sure.

Very Organized its axspare parts set up. Its so much easier than picking through the cars yourself. Especially for me a woman who zero about car parts!!!

Always busy, so if possiable do you transaction online!! Then its,a short wait and the loader has you out. My parts were fantastic!!
