Jack in the Box

Place looks rough on the outside. Drive thru staff is nice as hell. Fairly quick, order is always right. Parking lot is a little bit annoying, but no big deal. Food was fresh, monster tacos are back and just as delicious as always.

Haven't been to Jack in a long while, but the tacos were just as great and my wife enjoyed her Chicken salad.

Place inside looked spotless, staff behind the counter were awesome and food was fresh and amazing, one of the best jack in the box I’ve been to in a while

Huge surprise in a good way. The service was great, the food was great, and I’m happy. I was a little frustrated the order took a min. and really it’s because they cooked everything fresh to order. No complaints and would totally eat here again. I’ve been asleep on Jack in the box. So so good!

Best Jack in the Box I've ever been to. Manager was awesome and super friendly. He even came out to say hello and introduce himself while we ate in the parking lot (late night). Order was perfect and they gave me loads of ranch when I asked for some. I will drive extra to come to this location over most others. THANK YOU!!!

Haven’t had good food there in a while. Tonight my ultimate cheeseburger was room temperature and the bun was hard, my sourdough Jack was room temperature the fries were cold and they didn’t give me all of my order, good thing I checked before I left.

I simply don't understand some of the reviews on here. I have never had a single bad experience. Morning shift is always super friendly. The food is always fresh and most importantly fast. I think some of these people complaining ate elsewhere and are simply confusing this Jack N The Box for another location. Keep up the Great Work Guys.

Virginia on the night crew is a rock star. I hate going here during the day or evening. But once she gets there the place thrives. She makes me wanna come back…only when I know she there tho. During the day sucks. It’s so crazy the difference. When she there the food is fresh, and I get it in a timely manner even when she busy. Promote her already! 💪 I told her I had to leave a review for her somewhere because she is great and I appreciate her hard work. It shows she cares.

Update: Virginia and late night crew still awesome. I go here often, but only at night because during the day sucks. Promote her already. 😃

I’ll be honest, my order was wrong. Lol (Missing jalapeño poppers) BUT the only reason I’m still giving you five stars is because your crew made a munchie meal for me with NO excuses as to why they couldn’t. I have been to at least 5 other locations in the area and they all give me a reason as to why they can’t make it so I pretty much gave up on ordering something that was clearly On the Menu. Thought it might have been a fluke but I went 2 separate times and Virginia(hope this is the right name) took care of me. She was nice and pleasant to deal with both times. So Thank you to the overnight staff that wasn’t lazy and didn’t mind working. Your location isn’t close to me but I’ll gladly come back to give you more business.

Love the crew of guys that are there now they always make my croissant breakfast sandwich to perfection, and my iced coffee is on point this morning too! Its just how I like it more coffee less vanilla. 😁

The young man working inside, DeShawn, was absolutely incredible. He was quick, courteous, engaging, and respectful. He made the entire drive through experience enjoyable. The food took a little longer to get to us, but it seemed like they were short staffed and I am not blaming or taking stars for that. The food was delicious and hot, and everything was great!

This is the best Jack in the Box in the south St. Louis area.

This location has always been much better than other locations I’ve visited. The staff is always nice, even when the drive thru line wraps around the building. I stopped by to get a snack on my lunch break. The man who took my order was incredibly nice. As I was distracted by the aroma of my food I drove off without getting my Diet Coke. Not that I even remembered it anyway. Well the same man who took my order. My receipt says his name was Matthew. He had Gold front teeth. Chased my car to the front of the store, just to give me my drink that I had forgotten. I told him I appreciated him. Not all hero’s wear capes, but Mr. Matthew could give Superman a run for his money. Thank you Matthew. Now that’s awesome service! Best Jack in the Box out there! :)

One of my fave fast food restaurants! The employees are usually very friendly even though they are short-staffed, food is always top-notch, and also quick, fair-priced, and a variety of choices!

This Jack in the Box used to be pretty bad, and I guess has since been put under new management, and they are doing something right. Every time I have gone here in the past couple months, I have dealt with different employees, usually late at night, and each time the employees have been friendly and competent. The wait has never been very long, even with a line in the drive-thru, and my food has been hot and well-made.

My visit tonight was no exception. Alexa was in the drive-thru and she greeted me with a smile and a friendly attitude, despite the nasty weather and it being almost 1 am.
Like I said, something is being done right at this location now, and I hope they keep it up. This location was always one of my favorites.

It's fast food folks, what do you expect. Grabbed a bite here a few days ago and ordered to go inside. Had to wait a bit, but I was patient because I could see their drive thru was pretty backed up. Young man who took care of me was very polite, even slipped in a couple tacos for free because of the wait. Good service here imo

Staff is very friendly. They are on top of it. I don't mind if I have a big order and I have to wait,because everything is always fresh and correct. People that give this location a bad name is because they do not like the whole fast food environment. They would rather go to a 4 star restaurant,but they don't have any money so they have to come here. Bottom line is its better than McDonald's and cheaper than steak in shake. Also they have something for everyone fRom egg rolls to tacos, its a great place! Give it a try
