Casa Olé

The place is absolutely stunning! It's a wonderful field beauty of an eyesight, wonderful smells coming from everywhere. Wonderful fun family atmosphere! Delicious food to match it all! There's salsa is perfect put their food is mouth watering! For 5 people it was $65 and some change which is cheaper than a lot of places out there but this place was so amazing that I absolutely advise it not because of the prices alone but the experience the colorfuls surroundings the family atmosphere and the delicious mouth watering melt in your mouth food🤤🤤🤤🤤

Went to casa ole last night it was by far one of the best experiences I have had at one. The cashier brought me straight to my table. We ordered and ate the food was hot and came out pretty quick. Wanted to give y’all a thumbs up and say amazing service and we will be back!

Did a pick up order and on it we got fajitas for 2 and got 14 pc of meat and all onions! Also had a taco salad on my order that was left off! Called to speak with the manager and was told she had to talk with her manager and would call me back! Call back next day and spoke with same said manager, stated that 14 pice’s of meat was standard on stake fajitas for 2! And that she is still waiting to speak to other manager over the tack salad! Absolute rip off and extremely poor customer care! I shouldn’t have to fight for a refund! We spent over 130$ never again!

Just spoke to the general manager and she was lovely and is so concerned about the customer service! Highly recommend waiting to speak to her! Thank you the replacement food was amazing! She will have our repeat business minimally once a week! Again thank you!!!

So, my parent-in-laws gave me a gift card to go eat at Casa Ole for my birthday. I was a little hesitant because on occasion, I will see a review of someone from the Silsbee location that has negative things to say, and we haven't been to a Casa Ole in years.
With the gift card, this was our moment of truth. Also, I'm very much pregnant. So, in we go, and we get Shalena as our server.
We started out with an appetizer, the shrimp, crawfish, and spinach dip. Okay, WOW. This is delicious. They didn't have this the last time we went. They even have enchiladas with this stuff on it. We also got fajita nachos (great), and the stuffed avocado with steak (bland, won't mix the chicken and fajita meats, but good if you pair other things with it), and chicken nuggets kids meal, and overall, we had great food and great service. Shalena was very nice, helpful, and took great care of us.

But again, WOW on the appetizer. My compliments to the chef. We will be back =D

Good quick food. Tex Mex dishes and the hot hot sauce is the best. You have to ask for it. Staff are friendly and prompt.

The server was excellent. They got slammed due to the biker rally, but he stayed calm and always had a smile. Better service than I have gotten anywhere else in a long time.

We had a huge party and they easily took care of all our needs. Great staff!

The place is very clean and welcoming, and the food, especially the tacos al carbon, is delicious. There is a good chance that you will have to ask for anything other than "how it comes" a few times, and flag your waiter when you need them, but all in all is still one of my favorite goto restaurants.

Food always been spot on . When I went last time I think I had a new server. He took my order but forgot to put it in, I knew Colin from last visit and we went to school together. I got his attention and asked if he could check on our food, he did and the food came out a few minutes later. The waiter we had never came back so I asked Colin again if he would get me my check please. After waiting and eating it was about 1 hour 45 minutes later. If it wasn't for knowing him I would of got up and let. Will be back and will ask for him next time! He was taking great care of his tables.

Very Nice Friendly People, great food!!

Service was sub par and my child’s food was way under done. The servers were talking rudely about the bus boys loudly enough for customers to hear tables away.

Edit: The service here has improved tremendously along with the food! We had an awesome waitress named Sarah who was kind and very good at her job. The food was great! It didn't take long to come out and we had queso while we waited which is half the reason we go anyways. Everything was very good and the restaurant definitely deserved an updated review.

My 85th. Birthday. They were so nice to us. Manager came by and talked to us. Made us feel good 👍
