Sonny is the best repairman that we have ever had or known. He is extremely professional, honest and dependable. He is a true gentleman and very respectful. He will also not allow you spend as much as one unnecessary dollar. No surprises and no uh oh's. Sonny will be this family's go to guy from now on. I wish we could have found him much sooner. Give him a call, you will save money and sleep better at night. I guarantee it !!

The compressor on our six yearold LG refrigerator went out. After calling all of the repair services LG provided, the best quote I could get was for $1500 to repair. My wife found Sonny and he quoted $450 over the phone, and then came out the same day to diagnose that the compressor was the issue. A few days later, Sonny came out with a new compressed and saved me over $1000. If you have an LG appliance that needs service, call Sonny. If you have ANY appliance that needs service, call Sonny. You will be treated honestly, fairly and respectfully.

Sonny Billingsley was very professional and courteous to deal with on a low-cost freezer recharge.
. The freezer began to warm again shortly afterwards, and Sonny returned promptly and took care of the problem at no additional charge.
I would highly recommend his service.

They were appointed by assurant extended warranty to fix our refrigerator.

Appointments were postponed/rescheduled several times . Our refrigerator was never fixed- We did not get after service communication from them. We were asked to contact assurant if the problem continues to exist.
We could not wait another 10+ days without a refrigerator so, we hired another certified provider- paying out of pocket: got our refrigerator running again.

Sadly, We did not get the service we expected from assurant and Billingsley.

ZERO STARS! I WOULD RUN from using this place to fix anything! This is the MOST unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. It took us a week to get an appt with them to fix our refrigerator and they have now two days in a row canceled our appt. last minute. Bailey the girl who calls to set up the appt is not nice and unprofessional. I asked if they could call me 30 minutes in advance to visit since they gave me a 5 HOUR window and she said no. I’m 99.9% sure she lied to us when setting up our 2nd appt time and had no intention of showing up to fix our refrigerator that’s been out a week. She left a message saying we can’t come today so we will see you Monday with no time on when they would come after canceling on us twice already. How this place is in business baffles me. This is poor business and not nice to do to people and funny enough Bailey’s voicemail says “Have a Blessed Day.” Practice what you preach Billingsley.

Our GE Trash Compactor had an issue on Wednesday 5/27. We purchased a 3 year extended warranty on the unit that was offered by GE. The insurance is actually through a company named Assurion. Went on line and set up a service call which they scheduled for June 1 from 8am – 12 Noon. They indicated that Billingsley Appliance Service of Ennis Texas would be coming out. I looked them up at the Better Business Bureau…They are rated a “D”. What a surprise.
We heard nothing from them so I called at 11:45 am on 6/1/2020 and twice got a very odd voice mail. 10 minutes later a man called. I explained who I was and that I was expecting them. He proceeded to tell me that he called me prior to tell me they would be late…I never received a call. He went on to state that his assistant was in our area and that he would call back to tell me when to expect them. Not another word from them. At 5:30 pm I contacted Assurion to tell them what had transpired. They said they would need to find another repair facility which should take 2-3 days. It’s now Thursday and no word from anybody. Where has customer service gone??? Seriously???

Valton Billingsley trying to "fix" our washer was the worst experience I've had from a repair service. He sold us a used washer that was supposed to "run perfectly" but ended up overflowing and flooding 4 rooms in our house. When I asked him to come fix it he said it was fine but may need a part. It flooded again. He said he would come replace it with a newer model. After telling me more than 4 times that he would be there tomorrow and NOT showing up I asked for a refund. He said no and would replace it. We left the machine in the garage for him to switch with a newer model when we were at work. Instead, he left us a check "minus the labor" in our garage and took the washer. The check bounced. Unbelievable. Don't know how this guy is in business.

Deserves Zero Stars--Horrible service! We contacted SERVIZ (which I now know is a completely bogus company) and they sent Billingsley Appliance technicians to repair our freezer. After multiple attempts to complete the repair and many, many missed appointments and bold-faced lies about showing up, we contacted SERVIZ. That was when we found out that they had not paid them. They had also canceled our appt for the actual repair with SERVIZ so that they could keep the money for themselves. SERVIZ won't honor the 'warranty' because it has been more than 30 days since the original 'repair'. The repair was never completed so not sure how they determine their warranty policy. SERVIZ has been NO help at all, and of course we can't get Billingsley to respond. We ended up getting the repair completed by another company for less than 1/2 of what Billingsley charged. Unfortunately, we did pay Billingsley after they 'repaired' it the first time. So we contacted the BBB to file a complaint-which you can do even if the business isn't a BBB business. Billingsley hasn't responded to them and of course hasn't contacted us. We'll be taking them to Small Claims Court very soon. I'm sure they won't show or if they do, they won't pay. But we will plan to secure a lien against their business, if they don't give us a refund. DON"T USE THIS APPLIANCE SERVICE!!

I will never use them again. I manage 20 rental properties. They fix my fridge for 10 days. After 10 days it stopped working again I reached out to them “valton” 9 times and got 5 responses and they never showed back up to fix it. Their invoice says they have a 30 day guarantee.... I had to call another appliance repair company to get it fixed.

I don’t know if it was this location or another location but they never came out to fix my dryer thru the insurance from Nebraska furniture mart. I get things happen so we rescheduled twice. They were suppose to come out today on a Saturday between 12-3. I called them an hour before 12 and no answer called around 1 and left a voicemail. In total I called 5 times and didn’t get a reply. Had to call the insurance company because It’s been 3 weeks of waiting. I called to leave a voicemail to let them know they were sending somebody else out and that’s when they picked up and said they were going to have to reschedule but it was to late for that considering they didn’t bother to call me back earlier. I lost a whole day of work which is overtime for me and they didn’t have the courtesy to tell me ahead of time that they weren’t going to come.

Shows up late, refuses to do the work contracted through a warranty provider. Complains about how he's not paid enough by the provider to get a simple part to level my fridge door.....says he will need to reschedule and never shows up for reschedule....needless to say that this was poor service. Completely unprofessional

Miserable, deceitful, dishonest company that disregards customers. This guy has no business being in business. People expecting honesty should go elsewhere.

I believe in the idea of “Credit, where credit is due”. My dealings with this company were met with nothing but untruths, delaying tactics, and every method in the book to prevent getting the work done. He appeared to have no interest in completing the job... maybe because he had no idea how to fix the issue?

What a joke. Not sure how this guy is in business. Not only did he scam my warranty company but he was very unprofessional and quite possibly has no business doing work he knows nothing about.

I wasted two days waiting for them to show up. After first day I asked for some estimate of when they would show up but got no response.
