Personally, James Bertrand got me exactly what I needed and for less than I could find anywhere else. Then, there was a miscommunication with payments and he contacted me asap so we could have it resolved before it affected my home or my policy.

Professionally, clients are stressed enough with the whole process of being a new homeowner so it was very important for James to be quick, and accurate with their needs. When we had a delay with their closing, he emailed me to see if I had any new info about the closing date! That's just great customer service no matter how you look at it!!

The lady who became my agent was so nice and caring, I switched to Dagley Ins., Agency. In the past other agencies just wanted the money, then next year there would be a premium increase just because they could. I'm still in my first year premium so we'll see about renewal time whether I stay or go! So far great....

Used Dagley Insurance as my local agent for Nationwide for years and couldn't have loved them more. They are super easy to reach by phone, and with a local address so I assume easy to stop by in person though I've never needed to, and anytime I called in for a question or had any issues, I always got a live agent on the line, not to mention there is never any wait on the phone. Very pleased w/ Dagley and Mike Richards, in particular. Mike saved the day as we were being cut by StateFarm because of bad luck w/ water issues in our home and too many claims.
