I’ve dealt with Jeff and the crew for a number of years. Some of the kindest and caring people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. I don’t think there is anything they can’t fix. I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks for the help and love. No other way to put it!

I went today after breaking a piece of my charger off in the port and they were super nice and fast!
I would recommend them to anyone. I hope we don’t need a repair service for a bit but I definitely know who we will be using if we do. They also have vintage games and systems which is something my husband really likes 👍
So know who we will be using for our games/systems now too!

What a great business!!! Super helpful with every aspect, from our order, to speed in having our custom order ready, and follow up after the sale! I cannot recommend them enough! I absolutely love coming to this place! I've bought numerous used consoles and video games from them to add to my collection and they have never once disappointed! If you're a game collector, stop by and check out their selection and see if you can find a gem, I've found several on my visits to the shop! Everything is very well organized, the service is always fantastic, and the business is run by people who genuinely care about getting you what you want. Best shop in town, period!

I cant brag enough about Computer Shack! My kids recieved an Xbox for Christmas and it went out on us shortly after. Jeff was quick to help and solve the problem and get it back to us! Everyone who works there is very fiendly and good at what they do. I HIGHLY reccomend them and I WILL be back for future purchases and repairs. So thankful we decided to go through them. As I said, I cant brag enough on Computer Shack and Jeff!

oh I was so frustrated with the whole buying a computer. but I happened apon this place and wondered in and i see Jeff and I guess from the defeated look he clearly seen on my face he knew exactly what I needed. and he doesn't know it but he saved my life that day. he is a good kind addition to the human race,and I'm a better person just to have known him.

David and Jeff are great. I was impressed with David's expression and expertise. He was caring and took time to explain and answer my questions. I purchased a laptop in addition to having my desktop fixed.

Jeff runs a tight ship, and his guys and gals are very professional and on top of their business. They have gone above and beyond on the work I needed. I dropped a surface off a roof 2 stories up and I brought in the pc in pieces, well guess what that baby is running. I also bought a used gaming laptop and this thing is great. He even updated the memory to a 1TB SSD for increased speed for a sweet price. If you need anything done concerning computers this is the place.

Amazing business, the owner goes above and beyond and charges a fair price for everything he does. I’ve never had a single issue with this place, I take my phones, PCs, you name it and they’ve always fixed it and done a great job. I can’t recommend the friendly people here enough. They tell you exactly the problem exactly the part they repaired and break down the cost for you. Amazing service, amazing repair shop. Highly recommend.

Did a great job with a new battery in my phone. Works much better now and allot cheaper than a new phone. This is the second time I have used them to fix our phones. Thank You Computer Shack. I would definitely recommend them for phone repair.

You will not find a better place to have your computer, cell phone or gaming system repaired. The owner/operator is very knowledgeable and capable of fixing just about any problems with your electronic devices. May seem a little pricey to some, until they shop the competition, and find that the service after the "sale" is unmatched. They will do everything they can to ensure your satisfaction.

Best computer help, locally. I have been using Jeff and others there for years. Just had to buy a computer. Got one from them in MY price range. Meanwhile they are clearing out the virus that is everywhere in my old computer, and will xfer some pictures etc. To my new one when they are clean.

I really loved the store and all the cool gadgets. The lady behind the counter was very helpful. They really have a good selection of older games. It really brought me back to the early 2000's with all the fun games.

I went in for a new power supply for my pc since my shorted out not even the hour before and was immedietly helped and found what i needed at a reasonable price. I may just start going there more often when I need something for my pc
