Chris' Cajun Stop

It was AWESOME.....First time my husband and I stopped here...Husband got the double meat cheeseburger with fries....I got the crawfish etouffee and cheesecake egg rolls....It was all outstanding. Pictures DO NOT do it justice. A must stop if you're going through Silsbee or even if you live here. Stop. You will not regret it.

Stopped here for an early dinner . The place has a large outdoor seating area,Nice and clean. I ordered Tacos and Fried fish. The fish was delicious and came with seasoned fries. The tacos are street tacos so I ordered 2 beef and 2 pork. Very flavorful and delicious.

Stopped by during Cruise in Silsbee and saw they offered footlong corn dogs, which I love but can only find at the fair ever since Corn Dog 7 went away when I was little (they had the best) So I was excited to try it. And let me tell you it was so good and I believe it was only $3.99. I've also tried their tacos on taco Tuesday and they are the best homemade I've had. I would definitely check them out when your around the Silsbee area.

Excellent Birria tacos. They were sold out of beef brisket but the carnitas was great.

May 12th-Called and they said they’re not doing tacos anymore. Glad I got to have them once.

Birria brisket quesadilla with a spicy avocado sauce, elote cup, and the cheesecake egg roles! OMG was it good. The orange iced tea was from the Village Creek Coffee trailer next door.

Great Cajun bacon cheese burger . Great boudin egg roll. Great cheesecake egg roll. Beautiful setting with public restroom. A true hidden gem in Silsbee.

This place is exceptional! Everything ive tried is amazing... But those burgers and fries are simply outstanding! Right along with that fire roasted red salsa for Taco Tuesdays. Staff is great and the owner Chris exactly what an owner should be.. Involved with his business as well as his community.

Try the bread pudding. You will not be sorry. The bourbon sauce is ridiculous good.

First time to try it. Wife got the single Texas burger and I got a double Texas burger. They were delicious. Chris suggested we try a pulled pork sandwich... it was incredible and had a little spice to it, the slaw on the sandwich really made it. Also got bread pudding for dessert, OMG was unlike any bread pudding we've had before. We'll definitely be back. If you haven't been there, it is a must try... you won't be disappointed.

Had their fried shrimp and french fries basket. The shrimp were HUGE! Bigger than what you get at most restaurants! Very light batter which is what I prefer. French fries weren't special but did taste good. For $12 you get a good amount of food. We will be back to try their other dishes.

Went there with the kiddos and food was GREAT. And very hot. Had the fish and shrimp baskets. Definitely have a customer for lifetime and pretty affordable.. right under $40 for a family of four to eat good food. Its also a nice scenery.

We went in person to see what was happening at the spot. We ordered from the Cajun truck. Our food was delicious and served promptly. When I tried to call later, the phone automatically went to a recording that said the voicemail had not been set up. We will come back and try more things on the menu. I like the idea of food trucks and a food court!

Will most definitely return to eat here!! Stopped for supper after canoeing on the river all day and this food truck and setting was a little slice of heaven. Ordered the crawfish over jambalaya with grilled shrimp, the fried flounder, fries, and hush puppies, the gumbo, and a boudin ball. I can’t pick a favorite item because it was all equally amazing! I’m from Louisiana so I hesitated to eat Cajun cuisine in another area but Chris knows exactly what he is doing in the Cajun culinary arts. Food was prepped, seasoned, and cooked to perfection! Also prices were reasonable. Super friendly guy and his wife running this truck. Topped the meal off with a mocha frappe from the coffee truck located there.

I've passed this little place so many times. We finally decided to stop and were not disappointed. Those Honey Bourbon BBQ wings were amazing!!! 😱 The Cajun Fried Shrimp was pretty good too! I will be back

We enjoyed this food truck at their food truck park on a cool evening! The food was really good and the employees were nice! We had the shrimp basket, bayou Teche burger, boudin eggrolls and apple pie mini bites. We will definitely be back!

Great food! I had the fried shrimp and fish and my husband had the wonderful cheese burger. Chris, the owner is very nice and made sure we were taken care of.

Great Cajun food! The gumbo is some of the best I’ve ever eaten, Chris added shrimp grilled to order when I asked to have seafood in it (chicken and sausage base). I had another dish I’d never heard of with tomato, onion, rice and some fantastic blacked fish on top, was it called boudin? And fried fish fillets were very good, flavorful and tender, esp with the remoulade-type sauce provided. One suggestion to Chris on the hush puppies: Add good amounts of finely chopped white onion and celery plus a bit more water then fry hot-n-quick. And that was the only item that could have used any improvement, it was a great meal!!

We had the fish basket, shrimp and fish bowl, and their steak chili with a pulled pork and slaw sandwich! Everything was sooooo goood!!! Enjoyed every bite! And there is a surprise food truck???? Can't wait to find out next Saturday!!!❤

My husband and I have ate there twice, and both times were fantastic. The employees are so nice and helpful. The food is always so great. The prices are great as well. ❤

Great place to eat. Reasonable prices and good service, outdoor patio is extremely pleasant. Other food trucks at the same patio as well, currently a coffee bar and snow cone bar. Would highly recommend
