Isha created a wonderful arrangement for me in 5 minutes, knowing I was pressed for time. She did a fabulous job, and she has my deepest respect and gratitude. I would recommend her without hesitation. Thank you, lovely girl.

I made an order on Nov 20th for our office, and everyone loved it. Haylie (I think was her name) She was very kind when I spoke with her on the phone regarding my order. The delivery driver was friendly as well. I will definitely come back and continue to order from here!!

Came in to get an arrangement for my cousin’s girlfriend’s little brother’s fish that died. The manager Halie was extremely understanding and sweet about the whole thing, and her service was incredible. Penny was also very helpful and an excellent employee. Thank you edible for an amazing experience!
And the arrangement was delicious!!

I place and order the sales rep that help me was Haley don't if I spell it right but she was very very very professional and helpful I am telling you she was so patien, kind she went beyond and above to get my order for my sister birthday I definitely will be calling back to make more orders I live in Massachusetts keep up the good work my dear

Its all about the Staff such as Izzy and all which I forgot other names sorry! This was my 1st experience using this location for mother's day and I had zero issues! There are great over the phone and I can tell they care about the customer's experience! (me/family) I high recommend using them! We will be back!

I order from here at least 3 times a year. My husband orders approximately 4-5 times a year. The fruit is always fresh and coated evenly with chocolate. I have fallen in love with the chocolate covered pineapple!

Not only have I ordered delivery, I've gone into the store and it is always so clean and always stocked. I am never disappointed. Whether it be for a small snack cup for my kids or a full fruit basket for a special event. I can always find what I am looking for!!! Thank you for being so amazing!

I ordered at last minute the afternoon of my Mom's birthday and they were able to deliver it! It was gorgeous and delicious! This was my fourth time ordering from this location but the biggest challenge I have given them on time. As always, perfect job!

They had my order taken, made, and delivered in less than an hour, I was so impressed, the BEST, customer service I have experienced in a long time!!! Every time I have dealt with Edible Arrangements, I have had a great experience. I have placed orders and picked them up, as well as, sent them out of state. The arrangements have never disappointed me. They have arrived fresh and beautiful. I like EA because it is something unique and always brings a smile to the recipient’s face. I recommend EA to everyone!

The website was easy to use. Plus when I received the confirmation I realized the recipient address was incorrect. It was easy to contact them by phone and get it corrected. I will order from them again in the future. My son said the bouquet of fruit was of good quality and very delicious. So I recommend using them if you are looking for a different sort of gift.

I ordered my son a fruit arrangement for his birthday and he loved it. The picture he sent me looked just like the picture on their website and he said the cookie was delicious and the fruit was fresh. They delivered at the time I requested and they were very helpful and friendly when I called to make sure they delivered on time. I highly recommend this place. Sometimes ordering this type of arrangement is risky and disappointing but they did a wonderful job all around

I live in California and I placed an order for same day delivery, probably only about 6 hours ahead of time and I was made aware that there was only an hour window to successfully surprise my dad with his birthday present. I called and they were hopeful that they would succeed in delivering in the small time frame I gave and so last minute and they made it on time and right before my dad left the house!! He was pleasantly surprised and my mom said he didn't share any strawberries lol

Ezz, Aysha, and the whole staff are amazing! Made my arrangements perfectly and had the best customer service I have received in a long time. Not to mention they tasted AMAZING! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else but here! If I could put 10 stars I would!

I popped in with a gift card and just an hour or so later had a beautiful selection of fruit at my office. Very fast, and fresh. All the fruit was the perfect ripeness, sweet and delicious! I had no idea they sold smoothies or that you could pop in and get a cup of dipped fruit.

I came in this morning hoping to get a spur-of-the-moment arrangement for a friend. They had none in stock but Lizzy (hope I spelled that right!) was more than happy to help put something together and even had it ready within 30 min so I could surprise my friend while she was in town! The fruit was fresh, tasty and chocolate covering was delicious like always (I also ordered a small box for myself because I love their fruit, which they had ready with the arrangement!) thank again EA on Elm for always having just the thing to brighten someone’s day :-)

I worked with Lewis and he was awesome! I have ordered with Edible Arrangements many times over the years and in a few other states. Lewis displayed the most professional and helpful customer service ever. I ordered two gifts and had no clue what I wanted. He helped me with everything and took pride in his work. Thanks Lewis!!

I placed an online order to be delivered to my sister in TX. I have no idea what the order looked like, but she did tell me the fruit was delicious! I have used Edible Arrangements in the past and always been pleased with the service and products!

I've shopped the Eddible store in Cockrill Hill and Flowermound tex .The Denton store is my favorite preferred store. They have always done a great job for me Birthdays , holidays , just because and thank you days.They always do what they say they will plus more.and more.I have.a.bad habit of ordering late but they always do their very best to accomodate me.I do appreciate them. Well it's a new year 2023 and I still shop with.the Denton Locust store .Quality products , service as well as quality employees.If you ever have an opportunity to speak with and order with Ezz or Alysa well that will be a fantastic experience in its self.
I'm not easily impressed but I am with this store and staff..Steve Latham
