We had a clog that flooded our bathroom and called Jared’s. The staff who assisted us were helpful, knowledgeable, and explained what needed to be done each step of the way. They gave us options and didn’t try to pressure us into anything particular. Pricing was upfront and when something unexpected came up, it was discussed before a change in the original plan was made. They identified an issue that needed to be fixed beyond our clog. They scheduled quickly and ended up fitting us in earlier to replace our clean out which had collapsed/broken and was causing major back-ups to happen. I was sent pictures of the work that was completed, even though my husband was there when they completed the job. I will definitely go back to them again and again when we have plumbing needs.

Called in the morning for estimate on water heater. They came out quickly and gave estimate that was a fair price. I accepted their estimate and they were able to come out same day and install the new water heater. Install was completed quickly and very cleanly. No mess left behind. Very happy with the job done by Jared’s.

Called on a Friday afternoon to see about getting a toilet replaced, and they were here first thing Saturday morning. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They also replaced a couple faucets that I’d had sitting around for months, and did a great job re-plumbing under those sinks to accommodate the new drains. In and out in less than three hours. All the stars.

I had a gas leak between the main and the house. I called Abacus plumbing, and they came out and gave me an estimate to run a new gas line from the main to the house and put a vent on the roof for my hot water heater and replace a couple of valves. The estimate was $13,446.00. They were also adding in a $2000.00 membership fee for a total of $15,446.00. We called Jared's Plumbing and asked them to quote us the same scope of work that Abacus quoted with the prices blacked out, and the cost was under $7500.00. The work was completed in one day, with a courteous and professional job completed. I will use Jared's Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.!!! Apparently, the Abacus plumbers work off of commission, and they tried to make his weekly salary on just one job.!!!! GREAT JOB JARED!!!

They resolved two issues at my rental property within hours of requesting service. Excellent communication, arrived on time and explained the situation well over the phone since a tenant occupies the property. I appreciated their transparency and professionalism.

I had an emergency plumbing job we needed repaired before Mother's Day & the crew at Jarod's Plumbing were here today and fixed my problem. Now, the bathroom on the first floor works great and our guests won't be inconvenienced the Sunday when we have our party. Now, all I have to worry about is making the food. I found these guys on Best Plumbers. My water heater went out, and jared's Plumbing replaced my old water heater with a brand new high efficiency tankless water heater. They provided fast, friendly service at a reasonable rate. No doubt about it, these guys truly are the Best Plumbers in Houston!

I have used Jared's a few times and each time they are prompt, reasonably priced, and professional. He also went above and beyond just cleaning the drain. I will only use Jared's from now on and will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

We have recently bought a 1980s Victorian style home in Kingwood that we knew would need some repair, but as the old wive’s tale goes; Victorians are known to be haunted and/or incessant money pits. Plumbing issues weren’t even on our radar post buyers inspection. The day we closed, my son and I came to remove the refrigerator and washer and dryer the previous owner left behind. Upon pulling out the refrigerator we noticed significant water damage to the wall. When I attempted to turn off the angle valve to disconnect the refrigerator it started spewing water and would not shut off. I ran outside to cut water off to the house, but previous owner had wrapped it in a maze of old blankets, felt, and garbage bags 8 inches thick and I had no utility knife to cut through it quickly. On to cutting water off at the meter; we open it up and note there is a leak at the meter and it’s full of fire ants… I couldn’t find any new neighbor with a tool to shut it off either. So I am frantically calling any plumber that can get here STAT as water is spewing in our kitchen. Jared’s plumbing saved the day and told me they could get here within an hour. They sent Jay, he fixed the broken angle valve and while trying to uncover our main cutoff to the house, he noted the back flow to the sprinkler system was shot. He offered to come back the following day and fix the back flow while we were moving, with no prepayment. One quick call the following day, and I paid him over the phone via credit card. I have since called them back to repair faucets in my kids bathroom. Previous owner had done a bathroom remodel on the cheap, that just keeps giving us unexpected surprises and issues. The shower door exploded last week while no one was in the bathroom. One of my son’s was dealing with hardly any water pressure in his sink faucet and their shower barely had any hot water. Again, Jay came back promptly and fixed the shower faucet issue and he will be coming back to replace the cheap sink faucets once the new ones arrive. Jared’s pricing is very fair and competitive. Jay is very straightforward and honest about what the issue/problem is and will take the time to show you and explain it to you. If something needs to be replaced, he will tell you what brands he finds to be most reliable and repairable if you ask. They do not gouge you for emergencies like we had. I really can’t recommend Jared’s enough, and I feel like we will develop a long and ongoing relationship at the rate this crazy, not-so-old, Victorian keeps throwing issues at us.

When he got to my mother's house, he called to inform me that he could probably fix the current water heater, but he could not guarantee it because it was about 15 years old, and he notified me that it was actually starting to leak at the top.

Alex Melchor was is absolutely amazing! He not only was knowledgeable also very professional. He answered my call on a Sunday and let me know the next day he would have an answer for me about my water heater. After talking with him and decided I needed a new water heater after it broke down after 15 years of use, he made sure to have his guys out to me within an hour! Which was amazing because we had been without out hot water for a week at this time. I changed out a part and he was helpful and had me send pictures to make sure it was right before we moved any further. As a a oilfield wife of a husband's who travels this was a very stress free situation when it came to Jared's plumbing. The technician's who arrived were very nice and professional also! I highly recommend Jared's Plumbing!

These guys were efficient and professional from estimate all the way to installation! I had a water heater leak on a unit that was past its shelf life and Jared's Plumbing was able to quote me a similar brand at a cost efficient price. There turnaround and installation was impressive.
