I can always get in fast and my doctor really listens to me and takes the time to understand what's going on. Blood work results are usually received a day or 2 later. I have no complaints. Love this place.

I love this place. My PCP and my Heart Dr. are here. The staff are really nice and friendly. This place has a very good selection of Good Doctors. If you have a need for a good Dr. come and give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Merle's is a Nurse Practitioner and cares about your health. I have been seeing her for over 10 years, and the other Nurse Practitioner are excellent as well.

Have been treated by Dr.Silverman for a great number of years,some of my family members also.He's the greatest !!!.Merle is very good Nurse Practitioner also.

Felicia Merle is the one to go see! She is helpful, caring and attentive. Love her!

Has great doctors here. I use several doctors at this location. Avoiding having to go to multiple offices, I can take care of things right here.

Always a wait but they do my lab work in the office on Saturday morning. The staff is very friendly and treats everyone with respect and kindness. Lots of parking and easy to get to.
Take my insurance and are very helpful getting my mail order meds set up.

Doctor and his staff was great but the front desk is lacking common courtesy. It's promoting a negative environment.

Such a waste of time and money. Please do not take anyone you care about here. Blood pressure machine didn’t work, the nurse had an attitude about us not knowing whether or not we had high blood pressure. No height, weight, or any vitals were taken. Payed over 100$ to have a doctor treat us like we were unintelligent and tell us to come back for an MRI. The doctor office was very outdated as well as their services.

From the start this was one of the worse visits I have ever had. It's a doctors office who only cares about how things look and not so much about the facts. The receptions insisted that I wear a mask.. OK I disagree but understandable if everybody would of been wearing a mask that works but not only was that not the case but the receptionist herself and multiple nurses were wearing cotton mask. Which incase there is confusion do nothing to prevent the spread of an germs really cotton can't keep anything from spreading. It does nothing more then a fashion statement, but as long as it looks like they are trying nobody's the wiser. This is ridiculous. I've been going to Dr. Jinks for over 20 years and I can say this will be my last time. A women can kill a baby if they so decide but I can't live my life without a diaper on my face.

Because i couldn’t give it zeros stars, i gave it one. Dr. Sawyers is a quack. I don’t recommend visiting as it’ll just be a waste of time and money. I will forever speak ill of Dr Miata Sawyers and this facility, anytime medicine conversation comes up.

Ennis Doctor's Center is beyond the highest level of extreme UNPROFESSIONALISM! Today, my mom was refused treatment once we arrived to her 9am appointment due to a past due balance from July 2016 that their office failed to disclose when the appointment was scheduled (in office, face to face), and on the confirmation call, Wednesday, before the visit. Today's visit was for a preventative service covered at 100% through her insurance. We asked to speak with my mom's doctor to better address the situation, and was told the doctor was busy seeing other patients. How is that possible when the doctor was scheduled to see my mom during this particular time slot? After speaking to the Front Desk clerk, Billing Manager and Office Manager, this practice failed to provide any accommodation for their office employee's negligence to make us aware that a balance existed from July 2016, lied about the physician's availability, refused treatment until we paid the balance, and failed to respect our wasted time for my 60 year old mother's visit. They had two opportunities to follow protocol and inform us since they claimed an alert is on the account. The office employees falsified chart information in their system by checking indicators to say they informed the patient of the balance, but did not at any given time. One scheduler didn't remember if she did or didn't despite the fact she indicated, "informed patient". The Office Manager was incompetent in providing customer satisfaction or coming to a compromise.
Her only comments were she could not let my mom back into the practice until her balance was paid. I asked, "was there ever a termination letter of service from the practice sent?" The manager responded, "No, but I cannot allow her back into the practice until the balance is paid". Poor customer service, poorly managed healthcare practice, and purely unethical! Once again, there was no indication or statement provided of a balance when we scheduled in person on Monday's visit. The scheduler only stated that today's visit was a preventative service, 100% covered under insurance, and free. The 2nd scheduler confirmed the same details during the confirmation call, and still made no mention of a balance. This practice does not hold employees accountable for their actions, offers worthless statements of I'm sorry, inconveniences a 60 yr old woman, her family, and models a cycle of poor healthcare in system where CARE is an expectation. I highly suggest you find a different location. Do not support unprofessionalism!

Tried scheduling an appointment as a self pay customer and was denied service. I guess they can only accept insurance companies money to treat people. Makes no sense.
